First and foremost, I was blown away by the customer service with their quick and helpful responses prior to delivery. The chairs were well packaged to protect them. They are very well made and super easy to assemble. I have been sitting in one of the chairs for several hours and find it to be adequately comfortable so far. The control for the heat and the massage is easy to use. The buttons on the one side of the chair to raise and tilt it are easily accessible. I do wish the chair went a little further back. Being 5'4" tall, I find the depth of the seat to be a couple inches longer than what I would prefer. My wife likes her chair too and finds it quite comfortable. Our small dog likes it too. The color is very close to the color shown on the website so no surprise there. ... show more

I LOVE this chair! The remote quit working after about a month but customer service was excellent and FedExed a new one right away. When it didn’t work either, they sent a new chair and told me to keep the old one! The company was polite, responsive, and I felt above and beyond. The chairs are perfect for comfort, color, and quality The functioning one offers a great rotating massage and the heat wonderful on a cold night. I find myself napping often as it is so relaxing. Quality seems very nice. Ours did not come with the assembly instructions. Watched videos on Amazon but needed to go to Restreal.com to see video to figure out the 2 pieces with a screws. Attaching photos in case someone else has this issue. We got the beige which is more of a dark cream to me but very happy with the color. Purchased for my husband and he likes everything about the chair so far. Chair is a nice medium size to us and not bulky looking. ... show more

Great chair for the money! Nice covering that is wipeable. It’s roomy, has heat and massage. It lifts. It is slow to recline and slow to un-recline since its power, but it works well. Would definitely recommend.not difficult to assemble but it did come in two different shipments several days apart!
