It’s honestly great gets the job done makes life easier. Definitely easy to clean but could be hotter. Has like 4 modes. The warm milk option is honestly great. Gets it nice and hot. I’m using 2% milk and it kind of gets too frothy like not in a bad way but not in a good way. Honestly it’s a me problem. It heats it up to a good temperature I’m just extra. Truly ties up real good coffee in the morning. It’s easy to clean I was kind of scared of getting it wet first but got over that. Use a good sponge and light dish soap. I like to let the spinner soak in soap water in a bowl and then brush it with nice hot water. No rust and it seems to be good. No weird burnt milk leftovers. Honestly it’s pretty plain and simple and gets the job done. Like don’t expect what you’d get at like Starbucks with a traditional steamer but it does help really bring in together and nice cup of coffee in the morning. Also I’ve seen people whip up their coffee cream that works too just be warned keep an eye on it b/c that froths and heats up quicker than if you used regular milk. The only spill I’ve had and that’s my fault. Other than that I usually just press the button, pour 2% to recommended line and wait like less than a minute. So definitely recommend. I needed a new frother, and I got this one because it has multiple settings, and I thought the shape was cute. 😉 It definitely froths well. Really TOO well. It has one setting for light froth, and one for heavy froth. I cannot tell the difference between the two settings when I use them. The milk for the drink in my photo was set on LIGHT froth. When I use light froth, my milk comes out with probably 95% froth, and just a tiny bit of warm milk. Exactly like it does if I use the heavy froth option. And when I use the “warm milk” setting, the milk comes out barely lukewarm. It’s more tepid. The worst part is that because the tank is so tall, the lower fill lines (which are the ones I need to use 99% of the time) are almost impossible to see when filling, even in a well-lit room. When I tip the milk jug to pour it casts enough of a shadow that the lines disappear. So I have to either stand at a really awkward angle and cock my head just right…or use a flashlight. It’s kind of annoying. That’s why I only give it 3 stars for “Easy to use.” I don’t dislike it enough to return it, but if I’m ever in the market for another one, it won’t be this one. ... show more

Pros: Quiet, fast, easy to clean Cons: doesn't have the guts to really work thicker liquids, doesn't get the foam really hot Overall I like this product. It is very easy to use once you figure out the actual levels and it works better to leave the lid off after you've gotten the hang of things. Great to get your coffee or tea brewing then start this and go about your other morning breakfast tasks. One thing I'd like changed is the frother disk can fall off so make sure to remove it so it doesn't fall into the drain (like happened to me). It is very easy to clean and best done right after use. I appreciate how little counter space it takes up as well. You wont be disappointed giving this a try. ... show more

So I got this because about 6 months ago I accidentally ordered espresso pods instead of K-cups, and my old Hamilton Beach K-cup machine started to make e sick - or at least that's what I told myself - from mold or whatever from lack of sufficient cleaning (my fault). This thing is terribly simple to use. Put the water in the tank, put your cup under the spout, and choose the K-cup or espresso amount you want. Push the button and there you have it (might take a minute if it was off, and it has an auto off after a period). There's just ONE problem I found: because the buttons are on top, if you're like me and you're used to using the top of the machine as a surface for temporarily laying something, you might just accidentally run a brew and have a small mess to clean up. As long as you can get past that little kink, it's a really fabulous machine, and so nice to have both options at your fingertips. (Note: I have no idea why there is a rating for flavor or blending power - how would the machine impact that?) ... show more

This Instant Milk Frother/Steamer from the makers of Instant Pot is top quite impressive. A bit more expensive than other brands, but comes with the reliability so the price point at $39 seems reasonable. This comes with basically two parts, the heating element with the plug-in and the carafe. There is a silicone seal on the lid which secures nicely as well as the small removable whisk in the bottom. I ordered this with the sole intention of making whipped cream for my morning coffee. I use the cold whip setting and it works great! Following the instructions, I fill to the minimum line, and after a few minutes, I have nice fluffy whipped cream! My only complaint, and it is really just cosmetic- but I've literally had this right at a month- and the print on the buttons are almost worn completely off! Other than that, and honestly that is really minor, but I really love this little frother! It is so quiet compared to another frother I own. Great value from a trusted brand! ... show more

I had no idea a product like this even existed. If you are a coffee drinker like me who also likes an espresso every now and then...the Instant coffee maker is perfect. I am not interested in being a barista. If I want a dink made by a barista, then I'll go to a coffee shop. This machine takes both K-cups AND nespresso pods, so I get quick easy drinks with the touch of a button. I don't drink specialty drinks often enough to warrant buying a whole separate machine. Plus, I don't want to worry about an extra item on my countertop or tucked away in storage. This machine gives me the best of both worlds. The thing that set this machine apart from other dual brew options is the fact that the espresso side of this coffee maker has a 19 bar pump just like the Nespresso brand espresso maker. That means it makes really good espresso at the right temperature with creama. The other brands do not have this feature and really just brew very strong coffee. I can not speak to the longevity of this appliance since I only received it as a Christmas gift. But I am loving it so far. ... show more
