    • Decent for the money
So far it's decent. Installed last night in my 1999 4runner and just started playing around with it today. One thing that I don't like right off the bat is the fact I have to turn the stereo on manually everytime I get in the car. The wiring is correct (yellow to constant, black to ground, red to 12v trigger/acc) and connected to a Metra harness (known good since I used it with my previous headunit) but I can't figure out why it's doing this. Configuration options are decent. 7 band eq, multiple inputs (video and audio), decent sound, clear screen. WIsh I could turn the rear camera lines off since my camera has them built in. One other issue is that when you put the rig in reverse and the camera comes on, the sound stops but the track/movie doesn't pause. I'm going to give it another day or two, maybe a couple weeks to get familiarized with the unit, but it may be going back for a Pioneer ... show more

    • Sent me a different head unit than advertised
They sent me a soundstream head unit and not a power acoustic as advertised. But the head unit they sent me works fine and I like it so far

First of all I ordered a power ascutik radio and I got a sound stream.i have been waiting to hook the radio up but now I'm gonna have to wait longer

clock randomly changes, and all preset stations vanish. all connections checked and good. only had it 5 days, it started acting up day one. sent message to power acoustik but did not get a reply.

I bought this radio last week, the remote does not work. I called Power Acoustic yesterday. The women who answered the phone was quick to tell me they do not warranty parts. I asked even if I only had it a week? She repeated herself. I won't buy another Power Acoustic product ever again.
