Initial review after opening. First, this is a great product. My list of comments, mostly negatvie, is not related to quality or features - all of those are outstanding. It's the size that isn't a fit for me; I will likely return. Caution on size expectations; small lamp; see pics. First impressions. Very light weight and small, which impact my review. 1) Cord is a thin usb type cord (plug included), about 4 feet long; not long enough to position the lamp without pulling it out of place; I plugged on powersrip so cord could hang down; not pulling base out of position. 2) Good: base can face forward, arm can tilt forward and light bar can rotate to side (great feature; most don't; you have to rotate the base). 3) Bad: if you touch the base or top or anything, the lamp moves; to plug into usb or position phone for charge, your other hand needs to hold the base, then reposition; very lightweight. 4) the light bar is shorter than I expected; it's about 11 inches, so the lighted area is a small task focused light. From the pic, if I want to read something left of laptop, it would be marginally lighted. 5) Overall, this lamp needs to be heavier, from the power cord pulling, to plugging in USB or positioning phone or pressing the buttons - it is not stable. Summary: If you are looking for small and lightweight and fully featured lamp, including the very nice rotating top light bar, this is a great product. You will bump it around anytime you do anything with it. I wish they offered a larger, more substantial base with about a 20" bar that extends the lighting area - then perfect . So far, I haven't found the perfect lamp. ... show more

This light is overall pretty awesome. Everything is adjustable, e.g.( Height, angle of the light, brightness, color modes, led display brightness.) I can't think of anything I don't like about it. I do lots of work in the evening, and my computer is in the room, so I can adjust the brightness for my wife to sleep if need be. Of course there are always people who had bad experiences, but I can not say the same. And, and I just place my phone on the charging pad while I'm working. So, I give it a 5 star. Blue charging light turns on briefly, but turns off after about 5/10 seconds. No “charging bold” displayed on phone. Left overnight, but battery didn’t charge. I really like the basic functionality, the adjustable intensity of the light, the information displayed on the column and the soft touch adjustments. But it has a built in alarm that softly plays a Christmas song at 2am and again at 3am every night! I can’t figure out this to disable this feature.

Pro -wireless charging for my android ultra s20 has not given me issues so far and I've been using it for over a month I think. -abundance of light options. They get bright. Con -the clock on the screen has a glitch. No matter how much I reset the date and time, the week-day is always 1 day ahead... as I've shown on the photos, today is Tuesday March 7, 23, but when you go through all the dates on the clock, it still lands on Wednesday. And when it's actually Wednesday, it'll say Thursday. But with the correct date above though. Weird glitch & has me confused on events and work when I'm sleepy and don't think to check my phone too. -the light options are many but the dimmest is still bright. Especially when the room is dark; except for. Changing it to warm or light color doesn't change too much. I have sensitive eyesight. ... show more

So this is the THIRD time I have bought the same lamp! Plus, my cousin bought it after seeing mine! I bought one for each of my children when they got desks in their room because they offer light and do not take a lot of space. You can move the light around, and it also tells you the date and time. There is a backlight on the date/time display, making it even better. You can even change what type of light is coming out of the lamp: yellow, white, or blue. Some people mentioned that they found it hard to set the date/time, but I found it no problem as long as the year is set correctly.
