We have decided for this granite pan set because it covers all the sizes and shapes which we need as a small family and it has our favorite coating - the granite coating which is the most durable coating based on my experience. The pans need to be assembled, but the set includes all the parts, the screws, washers and even a strong screwdriver so no other tools are needed. It took me just about 15 minutes to assemble everything so no big deal. We love the beautiful, very modern design and it's not only about the design, it's also very functional. The handles don't don't conduct the heat from the pan so they stay nicely cool during cooking, which is very important and the polished bottom is perfectly flat and spreads the heat nice and evenly so there's no temperature difference noticeable between center and edges. The lids can be used and shared between all the pans - except from the grilling pan. We have used it for different meats e.g. ground beef for a lasagna and didn't have to use any oil or grease and the meat didn't stick at all, and so the meal was very tasty and the cleaning was a no brainer because really nothing was sticking even after using high heat for the meat.

The pans and pots were incredibly easy to clean. This comes from the non-stick factor, and the oil I used was a cheap product that usually doesn't work on regular commercial pans. The large stir-fry pan significantly was better with tossing and even cooking. There aren't really any bad mentions from the pan and because of how its made, when I dumped hot water on it with soap I was able to clean the pan very quickly without much effort. I can say that the pan itself has amazing non-stick and the pots I used for braised beef worked like a charm as well. The beef was cooked evenly and the flavors combined well with the height of the pot.

The media could not be loaded. Very first impression - looks really elegant. Possibly the best-looking pots/pans we ever had in our kitchen. Functionality wise it is great as well. Comes as an 8-piece set of 9.5-inch and 11-inch frying pans, a 4.6QT Saute pan with a lid, a 1.5QT saucepan with a lid, and a 5QT stock pot with a lid. Highly recommended it to anyone. My 2 cents below: Pros: - Non-stick works great - Pot/pan heats up quickly and is thick enough hence doesn't burn the food easily - Looks great with that wooden handles - Nicely built and feels premium - Coating is 100% free of PFOA - Easy to clean grease after cooking - Comes with a durable and good-quality lid - Has an induction base so will work with any type of burner - Reasonably priced for this quality & good looks Cons: - None that I see as of now but assembling all wooden pieces through a single screw for each in the set is an extra step before use
