I'm a quilter. I use these boards to fold and wrap pieces of fabric a half yard and bigger. It's possible to wrap fat quarters too, but I find them easier to store off the boards. They are a great space saver.

The backerboard is stiff which holds the paper in place, while still easy to trim with a paper cutter. Acid free, so old paper will not deteriorate over time. I have had paper stored for 3 to 4 years and so far, no foxing, discoloration, drying or fading.

    • Great Inexpensive Base to Use to Organize Fabric
After many years of spending a lot of time digging through tubs of fabric looking for the right color, I found a good way to organize it. I folded my 1/2 yard to 3 yard fabric scraps into long rectangles and wrapped them up on a piece of this backing board (like it would be rolled up on a fabric bolt).
