Felt very sturdy with the stitching, buckles and carabiners. The handles gave a nice grip and were nicely cushioned for my workouts. I didn't use the door stop attachment, but it felt a bit soft, so I'm not sure how well it would work for those of us with heftier weight. My main gripe is this doesn't really have a setup guide, so although everything feels secure, I'm still unsure if I'm set up correctly or if I'm going to cause undue strain on the stitching. All in all, very solid and very sturdy. I feel like the first thing that would fail is the handle grips, and there does not seem to be an easy way to replace the handles, except for maybe customizing it yourself. ... show more

    • Nice set of suspension straps with some minor nits.
This is my third set of suspension straps. I have owned something called the jungle gym I bought on a deep deep discount from a random website, a set of Monkee straps (kickstarter) and now these. And, for good measure, I have used actual TRX straps in various classes. The concept is the same across all of them, even if the accomplish suspension training in slightly different ways. The good news is, they all work. And if you take the time to learn how to do suspension training correctly and ideally have an overhead connection (vs a door), you get a tremendous, versatile workout. The Posturely Bodyweight Trainer kit competes well with the other brands I have used. The webbing is high quality, the door anchor is a different effective design then I have seen in the past, stitching is well done, carabiners are of a good enough quality, comes with an outdoor strap (extension), and the buckles are easy to adjust. Better, there are strap holders to keep the loose strap from flopping in your face keeping everything nice and tidy. The one thing I don't love is the handles, which are fine, but they are the one thing that feels a bit cheap. A little small, they feel constraining somehow. They are nicely cushioned, just.... not sure, not as nice as others I have used and if you are putting your foot through them for pikes or something, they are hard to get into. Aside from that, these are nice. Easy entry point to try suspension training. Give em a go. ... show more

I had one of these previously but lost it in my last move. This one is pretty basic but has all you need. It has an anchor that you close behind a door to hold the equipment. And the handles to stretch and do things like air push ups. I've only had it for a week but it's holding up very well. Again it's basic, it doesn't have the ankle attachments or resistance bands, but if you're looking for a beginner set, it's fine. ... show more

I did not realize how much I was going to like this kit. But wow, I'm really enjoying the quality and use of this bodyweight set. The straps are long and adjustable with strap organizers to keep them from dangling everywhere while exercising. The carabiners are solid and don't feel or look cheaply made. The cross stitching is a big plus since single stitching makes me wary when I am suspending myself during workouts. The door adapter strap is perfect for bands or straps and has different slots to accommodate various length positions. Nice for progressions. Comes with a nice breathable mesh bag to help things dry out when done, and a user guide to get some initial ideas going. I have been practicing my planche progressions with this as well as dips, pushups, rows, etc. I am fairly confident that these will last me awhile and will definitely help me reach my goals since I can do more training at home now with these. ... show more

The straps and handles and really well made, and it comes with solid carabiners to connect to your weight rack. It has a neat booklet that shows all of the exercises you can do. It has a few different straps to extend the handle straps, and there is also a door attachment that could be used in a hotel room, etc. I am really impressed. ... show more

This is a great workout tool. This is just as good as the pricier name brands. Great product to do at home work outs. Comes with a nice carry bag and direction booklet.
