Wonderful! I am an older woman and I like to enhance my yard with rose bushes and plants every year, but digging up the ground is becoming harder and harder for me. I wanted to plant rose bushes along my fence this summer but the digging became too much. I still have more to install in the fall and couldn't stand the thought of how hard it is to dig in clay soil. I saw this product which I never knew existed and that was the answer to my prayers! This is easy enough for a woman my age to use, it doesn't weigh a lot, it's not terribly loud, it seems durable and starts easily. If it does not continue to live up to my expectations, I will amend my review, however, at the moment I am thrilled to be able to continue planting in my yard

Doesn't have the best quality but the engine seems pretty strong. The throttle and stop switch are little cheap. Did good job digging. Little hard to hold on the bigger auger but still works well.

Hands down very sturdy and well built! It makes a perfect hole in a convenient way. We are using this for our fence and the fact that it came with an extension rod so we could dig deeper than 31 inches made it so much easier for us to install a thicker post in a sloping up driveway. It originally came with the 31 inches and the extension is another 31 inches which make it 62 inches in total depth. I also love the accessories it came with and the options to be able to choose how wide the hole is which is 6” attachment or 8” wide. No leakage from the gas container and pretty easy to assemble!

Works better than i expected! Bought this post hole digger for a backyard fensing project and wow... it really gets the job done! The 72cc engine is super powerful – cut through the soil like butter. I used both the 6" and 8" auger bits depending on the job and they worked great. Was a bit worried it would be hard to handle but it's actually pretty balanced, even for someone like me who’s not exactly a pro. The extension rods came in handy too – made digging deeper way easier than doing it by hand. Saved me ton of time and back pain! Only thing I wish is maybe some better instructions, but once you figure it out, its smooth sailing. Definitly recommend if your doing fencing or garden work. Worth every penny!
