Excavator solidly built, hydraulic controls laid out well and ease of use apparent. I'm doing a good size personal landscaping project removing small pond and changing landscape for new deck. This is a great little machine. I was missing two parts and the seller answered right away and resolved the problem, sending the missing parts. The only problem was the company that was supposed to deliver it. They were less than satisfactory.

First I want to say I don’t usually write reviews but I had to on this one. I would like to give the consumer service an A+. They kept in communication with me for every question and even tried to fix a problem I later discovered was my own negligence. The excavator came early which was a surprise to me. A good one. The mini excavator lime on other reviews does have a learning curve since the controls are “jumpy”. I never experienced heat coming from engine compartment like I read in other reviews however I did add some universal radiator fans just to disperse the heat in order to protect the motor. I use mine with an auger drill attachment and that thing is awesome. Cut the time to drill post hold down by a lot. Saved my back as well. It does dig very well for its size. I still have a lot more digging to do and only have 8 hours on it right now. I guess I can update this if I have any issues but I don’t think I will. I work in construction and work with bigger equipment and I’d say this thing is fun to operate. I was a little skeptical since I got scammed from another site through Facebook. The communication helped me feel better. Over all I recommend this product and company.

The mini excavator works excellent the seller was very helpful and responded to all my emails. The excavator worked straight out the box gas and go the joystick instructions are clear.and the excavator itself seems well made and very powerful for its size. Will purchase from this company again

Everything I wanted. Very good communication. I had lots of questions. And all were answered. Delivery was exceptional and a few days early. I highly recommend this mini excavator. I’ve had it a little over a month and I have logged about 6 hours. Moving big rocks, and still digging out and leveling area for small 9 by 18 foot pool. It’s a bit jumpy until you get comfortable with controls. I’m 60 handicap with a broken back and female. This excavator is helping me enjoy my acre of land again in Oklahoma. Thank you MMS.
