Almost zero flexibility with this. Super super tight. Not any stretch. Check elsewhere unless you want a band that you need a ton of strength to use.

I ordered this based on reviews and a few were absolutely correct, this band is great for nonslip, however, it is extremely tight and doesn't stretch well, it will definitely give you a run for your money....be prepared!
