I was a little worried about installing it but it was shockingly easy (just go slow!). It looks amazing--i didn't like how bland the controllers look and was considering buying one of those skins people sell on Etsy and stuff but I figured I'd try this first and it didn't disappoint. It honestly looks like it's a controller you legitimately bought right from Sony. I love it and the green and purple one looks so cool. The highlights are green and the shadows are purple.

This is my 1st controller mod and it went so smoothly. The trim shell is the easiest mod ever for the PS5 controller. I found it easier to pry up the ends of the original black shell with my fingernail instead of the tool it comes with, but use the tool to lift the rest of the shell off. New one fits perfectly, color is on point exactly as described, smooth glossy finish. I also modded all the buttons and triggers from the same company. I watched a very clear YouTube tutorial to do all the mods, suggest newbs do the same, controller works perfectly after reassembly, couldn't be happier!

Great quality, easy to put on. Only issue I have —which is a very minor complaint—is that the picture online expresses the color shift between the green and purple..but in person, the green is practically the only color I can see, no matter the lighting it is under. The purple is very faint. BUT, other than that, love this plate! I just bought the other chameleon options.

Really awesome personal upgrade for the Dualsense! Skeptical at first, but it was actually east to install. The thickness is the same as the original one as well. You will at first notice a very tiny gap between the white plastic and the plate where they meet below the Square button and Right D-Pad button, but.. if you look at the normal control with the stock plate, there's the same tiny gap, you just don't see it because you weren't looking and it's black so it dosen't show. It's part of the design though, so the extended parts that slide next to the touch pad don't snap off during installation. Don't worry, it's so miniscule you won't even notice. If you have ocd like me you'll just notice just after install and then forget about it and won't see it unless you're really looking for it.

I wasn't sure on coloring so I bought both the green and the blue chameleon, intending to return one just in case I didn't like the green. I ended up loving both. Rather than a deeper emerald green, it's almost teal (which was exactly what I wanted, so I bought the matching buttons). My only complaint would be the purple shift isn't as dramatic on the green chameleon, and actually looks a little lighter compared to the purple on the blue (but that might just be because of the way the green and purple colors mix).

Awesome looking faceplate for the PS5 Dualsense. It changes colors in the light so you get different color tone effects. I also notice it changes color hues based on your hand or room temperature. Absolutely stunning to look at! I notice a lot of ppl say it doesn't fit but I assure you, it fits exactly like the original faceplate. You have know how to install it properly, so make sure you Google it or look it up on YouTube on how to install it correctly. You do NOT need to alter anything on the faceplate to get it to fit. Some ppl are just too lazy to learn how to put it on the correct way because it is kind of tricky.

I am obsessed with these! I have 2 controllers and I ordered the decorative shell and buttons in purple to green and could only get the buttons in purple to blue (I was able to purchase the decorative purple to blue plate just today). Install was more complicated than I was expecting as these are the first controllers that I have ever modified and I almost gave up while doing the first one, but I stuck with it and it was totally worth it!! The 2nd install was much easier. They come with NO instructions so you do have to find a tutorial on YouTube. You'll want to make sure you have room to spread out a little with a lot of tiny pieces and good lighting. All my pieces fit perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the results!!
