ALERT – Fire Hazard! This is a very dangerous item. I purchased two of them in this order and will be returning both immediately. After only about 15 minutes of use, the plug cord became extremely hot—so hot that it started to soften and feel like it was melting. It was very hot to the touch and clearly unsafe. There is also nothing on the box indicating to what temperature the device will automatically shut when it reaches a certain temperature, what? the cable! That lack of safety information is concerning. Because of the overheating and potential fire risk, I cannot recommend this product. Please be careful if you purchase it.

The electrical cords on these heaters become very warm to the touch when using them. This clearly indicates that the heaters are drawing too much power down the cords. I purchased 2 of these heaters and the ground wire pulled out the very first time I tried to unplug them. Then on the second use, the second one tripped my GFCI over and over. Something was bad here. These are just plain dangerous. It is that simple. Do not use them.
