I am writing this review to warn others before they make the same mistake I did. This heater is far too powerful for standard home electrical setups and poses a severe risk of fire and electrocution. Key Safety Concerns: Overloads Circuit Breakers: This unit draws massive amperage that instantly overwhelms typical 15-20 amp household breakers. It caused my main breaker to trip immediately, a clear sign of dangerous overload. Melts Wires and Outlets: Because the power demand is too high, the heater causes standard household wiring to overheat rapidly. I found the wires to the outlet getting dangerously hot, which can melt electrical insulation and start a fire inside your walls. Inadequate Power Cord: The cord provided with the unit is not rated for the amount of electricity it pulls, creating a serious fire hazard. Requires Specialized Installation: This unit should not be sold for general residential use. It requires a dedicated, heavy-duty circuit (similar to a stove or central AC) installed by a professional electrician. Verdict: If you do not have a 240V, high-amperage dedicated circuit installed specifically for this device, do not plug this in. It is a fire waiting to happen. The manufacturer should not market this as a "portable" item for standard homes. I am returning this immediately.

The portable water heater is very efficient and practical to use. It's my first time using it and I really like it because it heats up super fast and heats the water in about a minute, then automatically shuts off. It includes a thermometer to measure the water temperature. Its compact and lightweight design makes it easy to store and perfect for taking to the ranch where I don't have a water heater.

Purchased march 2nd and its now may 22 and it died. Cord has gotten ridiculously hot since day one but spoke to someone who had one and he said its normal so continued use. Today heard a loud pop and discovered the cord had burned through and popped the breaker on my plug. Worked well while it lasted but glad I was nearby and it didn't catch fire. Idk if it was a fluke or just a dangerous product?

This is dangerous. I put it in a full 5 gallon bucket of water and plugged it in. Within minutes it heated the water hotter than I could imagine so I went to unplug it and the cord was so hot it left marks in my hand. This thing is a fire hazard. I could smell the rubber in the cord as it melted. I'd say if you want to boil water it would do the job. If you expect to use this thing and have it not go into full melt down don't ever plug it in.
