It’s hot as goshing heck in here! And dark. Doesn’t do much for blocking sound since it’s only a moving blanket sewn into the shape of a coffin on a metal frame. If you record with a dynamic microphone this might be perfect for you. A condensor mic is still going to pickup everything from the room and the sweat dripping down your cheeks. Im Probably going to poke a hole in the roof, connect some dryer vent tubing to it and plop a fan in front of the other end to pump some air in there hopefully reduce the noise from the fan. Wish me luck.

I was worried it might feel cramped, but it’s actually really roomy. I can move freely and even use a boom arm inside. It looks and feels professional too—great addition to my home studio setup.
