Kills room reflections and basic ambient noise. Works pretty damn good overall. I have a vocal booth in my studio, but needed a quick portable solution. I decided to try this, and I’m quite happy. Heavy blankets, decent quality, and surprising results. You could certainly add a few more blankets or panels, but this will work perfectly for an audiobook I need to record mobile. Of course, I’m using quite a few plug ins, but literal and perceived value are quite high. Already had one of my clients ask for the link. The included iPad and iPhone holders aren’t really any good, but you can easily replace these, put in a cool light, and you are ready to rock. This doesn’t fix a terrible environment- it simply cuts back a lot of room reflections and ambient sound. Need to air it out a bit, and will get a bit warm. Get your own screws if you are going mobile a lot. Sst up is a little weird at first. But you’ll figure it out. Would recommend at this price, and feel it’s a really good value.

Seems nice. But a booger to set up. Takes 2 people. The bottom square braces are very difficult to put screws and nuts in and tighten. Difficult to tighten and hold nuts. Needs a change on that design. Needs like a click and lock in for the bottom braces. Needs a battery led light built in also. Overall, functional. But things could be improved.
