I hate dry heat but I love steam rooms. This portable steam room is perfect. I had purchased a different brand first with a metal pole frame but I returned it because it was too big and difficult to takedown and store. This steam room is the perfect size and can completely store flat in minutes. Why I love it: - Easy to setup and take down - Very hot and steamy - UV steam filter - Not too tall so steam stays contained Cons: Steam emitter box placement is limited.

TERRIBLE. First off, they claim that the material is waterproof, and it is not. Even if you dry the interior of the pop up tent with a towel or have a dehumidifier nearby, it will stay to develop black mold spots inside because it is not waterproof. IT'S FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Also the chair that is included is pathetic and cheap. It starts to fall apart after a few uses. Not at all like other camping chairs you might have used in the past. As for the steamer unit itself, it's garbage also. After turning it on to preheat, it'll shut off randomly a few minutes into your actual cycle while you're in the tent. Terrible. *NO ACTUAL WARRANTY* I reached out to the seller company about these issues. I've had the unit for less than a year. They claim it comes with a year warranty. It does not and they will not help you to activate a warranty request. I got nothing but excuses from the seller and their last response to me was rude and really unprofessional. This is a shady, scammer seller company and I would not buy this embarrassing thing. *DO NOT BUY*

I was skeptical when I bought this, but I really like this portable sauna. Fyi: I am 5'2" and with the chair inside, it's a tight space but worth the results of steaming! The steam unit has a 'fog' button, which produces a finer mist. I take the mat out afterwards, unzip the door/window and flip it on top, then use a small fan to dry off the inside faster. The water unit is easy to fill and empty with the handle. When ever I use this sauna, my body feels good and I always sleep much better!

Very well made but if you have cautions related to chemical smells and volatile organic compounds and off gassing I would not purchase this item. The interior is made from PVC and the chemical smell is fairly intense and lingers. In the month I had it before I returned it even though I did not leave it open to air out everyday it still had pretty excessive levels of chemical smell in the interior. I think if they change the interior material to a low off-gassing phallate-free PEVA it would be a much better experience for a user and healthier.
