I was surprised at how well this works. It takes up quite a footprint wherever you decide to put it up. But you can take it down after it dies if you need to. The setup was simple: open the actual tent, which is like a pop tent, and ensure you have room when you take it out of the bag. The short hose goes inside the tent, and the longer hose to the boiler. Plug it in, fill it with water, and you'll be good to go in about 15 minutes. We have used this for over 90 minutes before between 2 people and the chamber still was over halfway full of water, so I don't know how long it goes on a full 3L but it's a fairly long time, and that was at level 10. The levels are adjustable, 10 levels in all. The tent is a little small, but I am a big guy, over 270 and I was able to sit in it just fine. The chair scared me at first, I sat on it softly the first 10 minutes, but then I had to sit back in it. It works quite well and it held my weight without any issues. It's just enough back support to be comfortable and let you relax. Cleanup is fairly easy, just make sure to keep an extra towel on hand to wipe everything down on the inside. Make sure to be careful emptying the steam chamber; it will have plenty of hot water in it. Setup takes less than 5 minutes, and you are up and running and ready in under 20 total. Great at home portable sauna.

This sauna is very easy to assemble (I love that it's essentially one piece aside from the steamer unit and chair), and it's also simple to collapse (or as difficult as you might think, depending on your experience with similar collapsible items; haha). But it's great that it does fold into a very portable package. It heats up quickly and certainly does the job. You definitely will want to be sure you're sitting on a towel (on the chair that's included, which is also surprisingly comfortable and easy to set up and fold back up for storage). And you'll also want to wipe down the interior after it starts to cool, but before it dries (to prevent it from smelling and/or beginning to possibly form mildew). I would like to use this on my back screen porch, but already have enough furniture out there, so I set it up in my master bathroom when I'm planning on using it. This just might be perfect enough for me to cancel my membership to a local sauna in my city because I will no longer need to worry about scheduling an appointment or driving 20 minutes "to" and "from". And it's also more convenient at home because I can simply step out and walk right into my own shower to feel completely refreshed. This sauna is really very compact and easy to store, simple to operate, easy to add your own scent if you prefer, easy to wipe clean. I definitely think it's worth the price, and it's a great way to help you relax (as well as the other health and skin benefits that happen to result from a good steam routine). My only regret is that I don't have a permanent spot in my house to set it up and keep it set up all the time. And the only reason I don't give it all 5 stars is that the outside material is not recommended for being left directly outside or exposed to the elements. It would still be fine on a screened porch if not in a spot where it would get wet when it rains. But it would be PERFECT if the material were weatherproof on the outside.

I am a huge fan of the sauna at the gyms but honestly I felt grossed out. So many people and well not all were hygiene conscious saw a lot of people doing very nasty things. so I could not enjoy it. Getting this was such a great idea and at a fair price. I love that only one person can be in it at a time. The tent is easy to set up, unfold and you are good to go. the steam pot easy to operate and can hold a decent amount of water. I only sit for about 20 min and that is sufficient. The heat is quiet hot and it does it's job. Within 7 minutes I already had sweat dripping down my forehead. The set up is extremely easy and fast. I out my headphones on and meditate or just relax. I have gotten use to doing at the end of the day, sit in it for 20 mins, hop in the shower and get to bed. My skin has been feeling softer and, face clearer, stress levels have gone down and my sleep has improved a lot. I feel so good and so relaxed. I haven't seen any weight benefits yet but it has only been a few weeks. I will update if I see any changes in that. I add a coconut oil on my hair prior to entering... might as get a hot oil treatment in while I can. It comes with a chair, honestly it is not that comfortable but I am only in there for 20min so not a big deal. I wipe it clean and leave it outside of the tend to air our and prevent bad order or mold. I also leave the door open to vent and air dry. So far it has worked great and I am extremely happy with. I plan on adding oils to the water, just haven;t gotten around to it. The best for such an amazing price and if you lack the space, this works great, you can even set it up in the kitchen if you needed to. I have it in the garage.

I wasn't expecting much out of this but was definitely impressed. It isn't the tallest thing in the world, about 5' tall or so and I am 6'2, so I will always be sitting in it. It comes with a camping style chair that you sit in while you're in the sauna. The module outside heats up super quick and pumps the steam from a tube straight into the bottom of the enclosure. Zip up and sweat it out. I had to open the window to vent a little out, it go that hot and steamy. For now, it is put away waiting for winter to come and I plan on using this in my back patio when it is cooler out. It collapses up easy (similar to a car windshield shade) and then pops back in the back to store away. Pleasantly surprised and definitely a good addition to my workout/health regimen. For approx $100, you can't go wrong.
