I have left reviews for every purchase but wait until the Amazon prompt comes up, by doing it that way each review is only based on stars 1-5. Today I received this item in the mail and immediately set it up and used it.. I'm so thrilled with this product that, for the first time I'm actually going out of my way to not just rate but write a review and it is as follows. 1. Item arrived much sooner than initially promised ( was supposed to get here between the 12th and 19th.. today is the 11th) 2. Assembly was a breeze! I literally had it set up and running in less than five minutes 😳 3. The instruction manual could be more detailed but is sufficient. 4. The chair is like any other (small) foldable lawn chair and in my opinion is quite comfy (I read the reviews and wasn't sure what to expect, to my surprise I don't have to worry about replacing it.) 5. I didn't wait too long to get in as it immediately started to steam. After sitting for about 10- 15 minutes I realized alot of the steam was escaping from around the neck area, so I was able to take a small face towel and lay it around the opening and this helped to keep all the steam in while also keeping the cooler air out. To me this is not a big deal and really helped to get the internal temp that much higher. 6. Hot damn! This thing works and works wonderfully! I had it on the highest temp and I don't think I will do that next time because within about 45 minutes I was too hot and decided to get out! 7. The zippers work well from the inside and I really like the cell phone pocket it provides. 8. The rubber tubing on the inside gets piping hot so please keep this in mind to avoid any accidental burns. 9. The bowl where the steam comes out is also very hot and you must be aware of where you're putting it. In my case I put it directly underneath the chair and the steam was clearly heating my butt directly. Next time I will try to set it in front on the chair or position it somehow to where as the steam rises it dosent directly come in contact with my body. Even then it's not unbearable but noticeable. 10. When I got out I was soaking wet and felt great. I simply waited for the tubing to cool off and set the tent outside to dry and wiped clean. All in all for the price you simply cannot beat it. I'm looking forward to using this product everyday and from the comfort of my own home. I'm really and truly thrilled with this purchased, if you are in need of something such as this and decide to give it a try I'm sure you will be as happy as I am right now!

I held on to this item, until my son came home. Hoping that I was doing something incorrectly in trying to put it up. We followed all of the directions in trying to put it together, and to no avail. I was looking so much in being able to use this Sauna, but since we can't make it stand up (it kept folding in), I decided to return it. I'd like to add to my first comments. Yes, I was very disappointed, at first, but the company reached out to me, and never let it go until they were able to help me with my issues. I am now enjoying my Sauna! The only reason I didn't give them five stars this time, is because I think if they had better directions in the package, then that would have eliminated the frustration from the beginning. I would suggest that the company include in the package where to go to watch their video. That is how I finally understood how to put it together!

I love the product... The tent is easy to set up but not so easy to put back into the box when finished using. I wish the chair was taller or bigger for a better fit inside the tent. The chair included in the box is too small, fit for a 5 or 6-year-old child, and once inside the tent, I tend to sink inside and do not look like the pictures uploaded by the seller. The product also indicated that the remote control was included. However, when arrived, the order was missing the remote control, which was addressed to the seller and I was told that the remote will be sent to me soon and to wait... It's been about a month and a half and I have not yet received the remote control. Despite the mishaps mentioned above, the product, in general, is great and works amazingly and I LOVE using it.

I purchased the sauna in July 2021 and it's in my top 10 best purchases of 2021! Great for keeping skin hydrated or before a exfoliating full body. I love my sauna after a work out or any day for sore muscles! Easy to assemble and take apart, quality materials, and you can add essential oil for aromatherapy! I even used it when I was sick to clear my sinuses with euclyptus oil steam! Over all useful and great product🤩🤩🤩

I ordered this product because I missed going to the sauna due to COVID-19. This fit the bill. I love it! It really heats up fast and stays hot. The set up was super easy. The chair that comes with it is small but I like that it has back support for true comfort. I have recommended this to several friends. My husband, who is not a sauna fan, loves it. I may have to purchase another one so I can have my own and not share with him. :)
