Things that I liked. Easy to put together, fast time to get to temperature, and the remote/Bluetooth feature. From unboxing to my first steam was under 30 minutes. It's big enough for me with some room to spare, standing just over 6 foot and at 225lbs. The benefits health wise are undeniable if you search that. I’ve had this for a few months now and use it about 2-3x a week. My only real complaint is that the frame bent a little after a few times putting it up and breaking it down. So the bottom frame pushes it in a little on one side. It doesn’t affect use really but it aggravates me looking at it. Otherwise, it heats up quickly. Within 10 minutes of turning on, it’s cranking hot steam. I run it at level 14 usually. It still works well after the few months, no issues with the unit. The tent chair is low quality, the paint on the metal is peeling off but that’s to be expected sitting in hot steam for 45 minute sessions. I put a towel on the floor instead of the fiber floor thing it comes with. That fiber thing smelled like a hockey bag after a few uses. You will get a great sweat going, for a cheapish home unit to mimic the steamroom at the spa or gym, I’m pleased. ... show more

Ran it at max power 15/15 but doesn't get as hot as a real steam suana unfortunately. You get wet. You get warm, but not hot enough to sweat it out. Sitting in this for 20 mins felt like a few minutes in a real suana. Takes about 15 minutes of run time until you can jump in. Be sure to run it once or twice to burn out the chemical smell from manufacturing. Roomy box and good quality materials. ... show more

I wanted to love this but the fact is, the steamer can’t completely heat up a tall steamer tent. The steamer itself is really nice and well made. The tent is spacious but I questioned how well it could hold in heat. Also once in the tent since heat rises, the heat steam would concentrate to my face yet my lower body down to my legs and feet would be warm at best which was really annoying and uncomfortable. I tried using it several different ways to see if I couldn’t get the heat to even out but there was no way for 1 steam pot to heat a tall steam tent so returned something smaller that I know will give the relaxing . This is my second experience with a tall steam tent and they just aren’t as good as the small ones that get really hot and can relax your body . I love steam saunas so having access to one at home that works well is important . I’m giving this 3 stars because the steam pot is well made compared to others I’ve seen . But the usage overall with the tent just wasn’t good. ... show more
