I have several space heaters I use and I guess I got used to their low CFM output; usually a lower quality computer case fan struggling to push air through heated fins. I was about to upgrade one of the fans to a variable controlled Noctua, but one of those fans was far more expensive than the heater I was going to use it in. Then my daughter asked for a heater to warm her feet while at her desk downstairs. I saw this and bought it at a deal. After we received, plugged it in, turned it on "Low" and was blown away at the amount of air it pushes and the heat....it's toasty at Low. It blew the ones I was already using away, so I immediately bought another one for myself. I threw it under my desk and pushed it as far back towards the wall as I could because it doesn't just warm up my feet and knees, but literally my whole person. If it's too close you'll know, because it will get hot...on LOW. Since having them, we have kept them on 24/7 for days on end (we're always on the computer) and no issues. I usually like to write a review on something after using it a few weeks and I'm impressed with it, especially for the price. I understand why this thing has good reviews. ... show more

This heater is working amazing for my purposes! I had previously been using a 1500W heater similar to this to heat my small greenhouse overnight should the temps drop. The problem was that the 1500W heater would occasionally pull at peak wattage which often would trip by breaker since it had other items it was powering as well. This hits peak at about 900W which leaves plenty of overhead for the other devices to keep running without tipping a breaker. What is surprising me is how much heat this generates compared to a higher wattage heater - they are VERY close in heat output. It does have a lower power mode, which is heats well, although I don't use that setting. Overall, this was exactly what I was hoping it would be and it works great for my greenhouse with the lower power draw vs typical heaters. ... show more
