This is a very solid snorkel set, especially for the price. The mask is surprisingly comfortable right out of the box very soft, high-quality silicone, an easy seal, and no pressure points even when worn for a while. The multi-panel tempered glass lenses give noticeably better peripheral vision than single-pane tourist masks, which makes it feel more open and natural in the water. The snorkel design is what really sets this apart. It uses two separate valves: the bottom purge valve for quick clearing when you blow out, and the dry-top with a floating ball that shuts off water intake almost instantly. It’s a simple mechanism but done well, and it should prevent most accidental gulps when diving under or when a wave hits. The mouthpiece is soft and comfortable, and the overall build quality feels a step better than typical budget sets. I haven’t taken it on a real trip yet (beyond the pool), but I’m genuinely excited to use it. If it performs the way it feels in hand, I’ll probably buy the same style for my kids; this is the kind of gear that should hold up and make snorkeling easier for everyone. Strongly recommend. I have other Cressi products and they are really solid!

I picked up the Cressi Panoramic Diving Mask and Snorkel kit for pool time with my daughter, and I have to say, I really like it (Photo 1). The view is wide, and the water looks crystal clear when you are wearing it. I always use defog spray, so I cannot say for sure how it would do without, but the clarity stood out right away. The mask was so comfortable that I almost forgot I had it on (Photo 2). It stayed secure on my face even when I jumped into the pool and did flips under the water. I have not used a snorkel piece in about 20 years, so I’m not sure how common it is, but I was impressed with the water stop system. It seals the tube when you go under, which felt like a big improvement from the basic snorkels I used as a kid. With those, I always ended up with water rushing in whenever I went down too far, which is why I never bothered using them. However, with this one, I did not have to worry. If I happened to go too deep in the water it sealed off the water, and I could come right back up and breathe without any problems. The snorkel also has a sliding clip to adjust the height, making it easy to fit just right (Photo 3). The hypoallergenic mouthpiece felt comfortable every time, even during a two-hour pool session. The flexible tube also made it easier to keep the mouthpiece in without pulling, while the top of the snorkel stayed in place above the water. The kit also comes with a reusable storage bag that closes with Velcro. The top even comes apart about 4 inches from the top which makes it easy to slide the mask and snorkel in and out (Photo 4). That little detail was a nice bonus, and it did help a lot. Cons - The seal around my face sometimes broke when I smiled. Also, the water stop system worked but was not perfect. It failed here and there, probably only about five percent of the time though. However, both of these are not a flaw in the product itself, and I feel like they are just normal limits of how masks and snorkels work. Due to that I can not take away from how well this set performs overall.

I really wanted to love this mask, but it was way too big. I don’t have a small face either, but I couldn’t get a good seal.
