Set up is as easy as the video shows. It also seems quite stable and sturdy for the price. I plan to use it with the feet higher than my head, for respiratory therapy to help drain congestion in my lungs. I was worried about having the legs set to different heights, but no problem with this model. It's completely sturdy even when tilted from end to end. (Note, I wouldn't tilt it side to side.) The cushion is plenty thick and comfortable. The face hole in the middle of the table was more comfortable for me than the face attachment. It also allowed me to hang my toes over the end, adding to the comfort. This table is exactly what I needed, with the features I needed for my usage.

This is the best ever!! It is so much easier to do my exercises on this bed, rather than on the floor! I have 3 herniated discs in my back and need to do therapy every morning so this is a great table to do them on!! I love it!!!

The table is on the very narrow side, such that if one is laying face down, your arms hang over a there is not enough room for them alongside my body. I am 5' 10" and only 130 lbs - very slim build. The face hole is positioned too close to the edge of the table and is cut out rather large. When i attempt to use that feature, my whole head drops into the hole choking me at the neck. We stick towels around to make it usable.
