The setup is straightforward, but if you are short like me, you may need assistance. The tent and open "window" design makes it easy to use in almost any indoor space. The steamer heats up quickly, and the water capacity allows for a satisfying steam session without frequent refills. I appreciated the 9 levels of heating, which allowed me to customize the temperature to my comfort, and the built-in timer was a convenient touch for managing session length. I recommend putting a towel on the floor to soak up your sweat and the condensation. One thing to note is the included folding chair. While it’s functional and fits inside the sauna tent, I found it a bit small and not as comfortable for longer sessions, especially for taller or larger individuals. If you plan to use the sauna frequently or want a more relaxing experience, you may want to consider using a larger, sturdier chair that fits inside the tent.

This sauna is definitely is good buy for a sturdy unit. It was pretty simple to set up besides the instructions being a bit vague I figured it out and I'm not the best at building things. It took about 30 minutes to get it fully set up. The unit comes with nice quality bars that hold it up right. Which are impressive and didn't heat up during my session. It took about 15 minutes for the entire sauna to be good and steamy. The boiler machine is pretty simple it can be set for different levels and for up to 45 minutes. I stayed in for 20 minutes and got a really good sweat. Now this is a steam sauna not infrared. It uses a boiler box and it sends the steam through a thick hose into another thick hose into a container that sits inside the sauna. I felt I had plenty of room to stand up and move around and I'm 5'7". The chair is kind of like a toddler size and my thighs bust off it but who's looking? Just me... I like that it came with a liner for the bottom but also felt like I should've put a towel on the chair and under it to catch my sweat and make the chair more comfy. Overall I think it's a decent steam sauna for the price. Once you set it up you do not want to deconstruct it so or it where you will use it. It's not something you can store easily. I took my picture after my session to show how it looks after. I also enjoyed the view windows although they got foggy I didn't feel claustrophobic. The fabric is very nice and I see this holding up for a few years. The zippers are on the inside and outside and they are sturdy.

I have continued using the Bsdonte Portable Steam Sauna Box the past two months, it is a surprisingly effective way to bring the spa home. The biggest benefit is convenience—no more driving to a gym or bathhouse just to get that deep, relaxing steam session. With this unit, you can set it up in a garage, bathroom, or even a bedroom, plug it in, and enjoy a private sauna whenever you want. The steamer does its job well, but you need to let it fully heat up before stepping in. In my experience, it takes about 10–15 minutes to reach a good working temperature, though some users noted closer to 30 minutes depending on settings. Once it’s warmed up, the steam fills the tent nicely, and you really do get that “sweat-it-out” feeling that helps with muscle relaxation, detox, and stress relief. The chair inside is not the best—lightweight and a bit flimsy—but it does work while you’re waiting for the steam to build up. If you plan on using it often, you might consider swapping in a sturdier folding chair. Build quality is solid: stainless steel steam pot, safe auto shutoff, and a fabric tent that holds heat well. The large window is a nice touch since you can peek out or even watch TV while sweating it out. Overall, this is an affordable, practical, and surprisingly effective way to enjoy a sauna at home. This is awesome to have a quick to set up at home sauna. It comes with absolutely everything you need to set it up and have a great sauna experience. It's slightly a small space, but that means it takes less steam, so less water and power to get it going. Also the smaller floor space makes it more practical for homes if you don't have a lot of extra space.

I love the sauna. It is a great way to relax after a long day of work. You could set up in your garage and just relax. I love that. It comes with a little chair inside and you can still watch TV through the little window. It helps you sweat and relax your muscles while you are enjoying the heat. Leave your skin super smooth afterwards. It is also extremely affordable a lot more affordable than going to a sauna in your city.

First, opening this up there's a bit of a plasticky smell to it. However, after leaving it open for a bit it wasn't an issue. Now, as to the actual sauna part, this thing actually puts out a lot of steam and you need to be careful you don't burn your leg on it or melt the tent either. The chair is pretty cheap, but it works fine. If you want to try out a sauna, then this is a pretty affordable way to see if you like it. I would suggest letting the sauna run a few times before getting in because that will help with the smell. Make sure to air it out when you're done!

This portable steam sauna is a great way to get that spa feeling at home without committing to a full renovation. It heats up quickly, and the 9 levels let you control how intense you want the session to be. The included chair is surprisingly decent, and the whole setup folds down easily when I’m done.
