We have had this spa for a little over a week now. I will say it was fairly easy to set up and took about 48 hours for the water temperature to reach 104 degrees. We initially had a small leak in the bottom valve but it was not product defect instead the valve was just not tightened all the way. We have already used it quite a bit. The bubbles work very well even though they come up from the bottom it still feels as though there are “jets” hitting your shoulders like a massage. I really liked the value of this spa as it is quite large and comes with the essentials needed initially to care for it. HOWEVER.. Last evening we noticed the temperature steadily falling about 1 or 2 degrees every hour even with the heater button on. I initially thought maybe it was just being used a lot and the weather outside was a little cooler and that was the cause. I covered it up for the night and checked on it this morning. It has since dropped another 10 degrees in temperature and is too cool to currently use it. Everything seems to be in working order, we have removed the filters and rinsed them out but there was not much in there since it’s only been running for 1 week. The heater and filter lights are still on and it has not been unplugged. I have reached out to the seller for assistance so we’ll see how quickly I get a response. It would be a major pain to return this so hopefully we can trouble shoot the problem and avoid that. Update: quick response from seller and issue resolved.

We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and absolutely love the hot tub. Gets hot fast and stays to temperature. I used the hot water tap for my washer and definitely expedited the warming process.Overall the hot tub exceeded my expectations and would purchase again. Guys and girls this is not a 6 thousand dollar hot tub. You are not paying near that so have some realistic expectations.

The media could not be loaded. The filter paper is like tissue or toilet paper and if you own this Relxtime inflatable spa, it specifically says you can only use filters’s from Relxtime. Very disappointed as they are way over priced for the quality and only for 6 filters that need to be changed every 3-4 days! The instructions could be much better being that they Have black-and-white pictures and the spa in the pictures is black so you really can’t see where things are supposed to be, but once we got it together It inflated very quickly. We filled it up, Set the temperature made sure the bubbles were working and then covered it up. It heated up perfectly and we had a lovely Mother’s Day evening. I will update as time passes.
