battery doesn't seem to want to fully charge. used scooter over the weekend, so I have some comments on usage. Turning radius is poor. in order to position scooter in front of elevators, sometimes requires multiple backing and forwards in tight spaces. the Hotel room, two beds, had no place else to store the scooter when not in use so we had to place it between the beds and that meant much pulling and pushing because you just can't make those tight turns. the BEEPING is ridiculously LOUD and annoying. people all over the hotel heard it coming. It is sharp and piercing and LOUD. awful. the scooter has a KNOCK on the left side. as you go straight down a hall, you hear the knock, knock, knock. it hasn't been bumped, or damaged in any way that I know of, so I have no idea what has caused the knocking noise. generally dissatisfied with the product. it does go, so I guess that is the best I can say after using for a couple of days. NOT exactly HAPPY with my purchase now Contact with company - i can return this scooter. rear axle is Bend - PER Tech at a local shop who examined scooter to see what caused the knock. also, seat is not positioned correctly per Tech. and he also noticed battery was not charging as it should. GLAD I can return to company NOTE: return shipping is EXPENSIVE I do not recommend purchase

Very little leg room for my comfort. It says that there are tail lights, but they don't light up. I received a plastic basket and a wire basket, I see no way to attach the back wire basket. The range of the speed is very good, the front light is bright. Assembley was pretty easy.

The scooter was not packaged the best and showed up tattered and broken. Paid $150 for shipping and the shipper just dropped the package on our porch. It was evidently o heavy for he to handle. The scooter company did respond quickly and sent replacement parts and took care of me. The scooter itself has been such a blessing to have and it performs great.
