The media could not be loaded. But this product on April 18, 2025. Charged three times used less than a dozen times. Product no longer charges or works. Stays at 99% charged while plugged in but won't do nothing at all once take it off charger

I bought it for emergencies and had to use it to start my Cummins diesel, I was skeptical but it started my truck with no issue and used 1% of the charge. UPDATE: It doesn't hold a charge for very long while in storage and it only gives me a few seconds before the light turns red to start my truck.
