It always throws me when asked the rate the feature of "lightweight". This is a heavy gauged steel grill, very heavy for it's size, but it is light enough to carry anywhere and set up on anything (with a metal pan and fireproof mat underneath). I use it to cook whole chickens, small turkeys and wild game, on a vertical skewer with a drip pan (ASINs: B0CB3JTVBR, B0CB3JVYSV). It's probably good for my camp percolator, too (ASIN: B0CN38BSQY). I like this woodfire grill for slow vertical cooking because I can add fuel through the door instead of lifting off the meat. I use a bluetooth meat thermometer, a diffuser plate, and I put a vent-capped length of 12" diameter HVAC duct-pipe over the grill to retain heat and smoky wood flavor.

this is great for backpacking. this is well made and light wt. verry easy to set up and use. i would buy again and give this as a gift.

This is a solid feeling collapsible stove for most sizes of pots or pans. Ever part of it is a nice thick gauge and it goes together nicely. It did take the better part of 10 minutes to remove all of the protective plastic film that was used on every piece. Pay attention to the pot holder arms too, as they have a white film that's not easy to spot. It should be noted that this stove is quite heavy. If packing this, it could be the heaviest thing in your gear. Certainly not for the ultralight backpacker. I would also caution folks to be mindful of the sharp edges. That's the reason I knocked off one star. A finishing pass on all edges with a sanding wheel would give this stove a professional finishing touch. As it is, there is a risk of injury if you're not careful and happen to drag a finger along a cut edge. Still, it is very sturdy, should hold quite a bit of weight and remain stable, and has ample room in the firebox. The firebox is even elevated to allow both airflow and a place for ashes to fall for later cleanup.

First things first, you remove all the cling film on the metal parts of the stove and the little flippers that flip out to hold your pot, pan or tea kettle. I give them kudos for doing that, so it is protected until the customer gets it and it keeps it from rusting before you get it. It sets up fast and is a good size for my camping pans and kettle. I have a bottle of cotton balls in my pack to use as easy tinder to get a little fire going in it and then feed it little sticks of wood. Works great and is made well and yes, the metal edges are a bit sharp, but if you are an adult you will try to be careful and definitely not let a child use this. Very pleased with it!!

We needed a portable firepit but don't have much storage space and this versatile Docybuty Portable Camping Stove fits the bill perfectly. Some campgrounds don't provide a fire pit and forbid fires on the ground. If you enjoy the 'round the campfire time camping, this portable stove is just what you need. We started it with charcoal and it started up easily and we cooked on it like a camp stove. After dinner, I added some small pieces of wood I cut to fit the stove and wow, this little power house turned into a great firepit. It didn't take much wood and didn't smoke much because it was contained. The metal sides radiate heat and you still get pleasant wisps of flame out of the top. The next day, everything was cool and I easily dumped the ashes as the wood nearly completely burned, folded back into its simple containment bag and was ready for transport to our next camp.

This is a nicely made portable camping stove. While it is well made in lots of details, do note that this is not super light weight---it is almost 6 pounds. So be aware of its weight if you intend to back carry it.
