Bought this for my husband to install in his 2005 Silverado that has the original factory stereo with no Bluetooth or Aux In connector. It was easy to setup and install and get it working with his Android Galaxy S23 using Android Auto. He did have to update his Android Auto app on his phone to get it show his music on the screen instead of the built-in News app. It is setup to broadcast to FM to his truck radio and it works well and sounds good. Everything works well and the touchscreen makes it easy to use. Now he has a GPS navigation screen and streaming audio in his old truck. He has not installed the rearview camera yet due to local weather.

It works perfectly. Now I use GPS and i can listen to music separately without one app interfering with other. The rear view camera is ease to install and the image is very clear. I recommend it.

coworker tried to connect and struggled, ios work seamlessly and works very well. microphone leaves allot to be desired but for maps and music it’s a solid work truck or older vehicle upgrade!

Works really nice but the reverse camera does not have night vision capability. It is very difficult to use at night, but clear during daylight.

I absolutely loved this carplay 7 inch screen. It was so easy to set up. Connects to my phone quickly whenever I get into my truck. GPS is awesome also. I hooked up the rear view camera which was simple to do. The whole system is incredible. I would never imagined something like this wouldn't need to be completely wired in like any sterio usually is. If your thinking of getting a new sterio system, get this. You won't be disappointed.

I can’t believe how well this unit works! My concern was the quality of the audio. It’s not an issue at all, you can still Bluetooth audio from your phone to your car and use this display (with wireless CarPlay controls). It works incredibly well for the cost. The bezel edge of the screen is much larger than pictured, other than that everything is exactly as pictured.

GOOD FOR THE PRICE. That said, there are some minor issues. I’ll start with the cons: -Glare is BAD and I’m currently waiting for a matte screen protector to hopefully help visibility. -the mount is functional, but could definitely be more secure. The dash mount is a suction with an adhesive which is okay right now but pops off pretty easy when pressure is applied from certain angles, and the mount from the stand to the tablet is just some tiny prongs that slot into the back of the screen. Doesn’t click in place or anything. -screen could be brighter -lag in audio output -screen isn’t very sensitive when touched and sometimes doesn’t read touch input the best. Now the PROS: -CHEAP. Seriously AM happy with it considering the price -WORKS. connects easy to Bluetooth and aux -SOUND FEATURES. There’s lots of audio customization options. -BACKUP CAMERA. we haven’t installed ours yet so I can’t speak on quality, but the CarPlay AND a camera for the price? Amazing. - idk what the default settings are since my bf set ours up, but when I used it the first time it automatically started my commonly used GPS and music applications which I thought was FANCYYYY. Highly recommend if you want a CarPlay and are on a budget. There definitely are better units out there all around, but for $65 compared to $250? This is more than fine.
