Product definitely deserves 5 stars. Installed item with ease Direct Replacement for my 2013 GMC Yukon XL. Gave it a 5 star because it arrived in great condition having been shipped, and they packaged it well and only a few fins were messed up!This unit did not come with the support washers. So we took them off the old unit. It did come with the clips for the transmission lines, a big plus for people like me who have a tendency to drop little pieces. Definitely Recommend.

Buyer beware*** I ordered a radiator for a 2002 Chevy S-10 pickup, 2wd automatic, 4.3 V6. Made sure I selected the correct one. Description said "This will fit your vehicle" product description on the item I received said it was for a 2002 Chevy S-10. HOWEVER, it was not. It was NOT the right part, the hookups were all on the opposite side of where they should be, like it was meant for a Toyota or Nissan or something. I immediately proceeded with a return and dropped it off the next day. Here we are 2 weeks later, and I'm told it'll still be another 2 weeks before I get my money back. 30 freaking days to process a return & refund because they couldn't send the correct part. Ridiculous.
