Unit will probably leak
This unit cools ok, but it leaks unexpectedly.. It did fine for an hour then was shut off as it was not needed. Next morning it leaked on the table it was set on. Refilled it and placed it outside on a plastic table. Was fine for 2 hours then found a puddle under the unit. Thought the tank was sealed properly … If you use this product make sure you have a catch pan under it.. Risky!!!!

Very happy customer.
I had bought a different brand of this little AC and it was awful didn't work I had to return it. I decided to give this one a try and very satisfied with it. It doesn't cool off a big space but it does cool especially when you keep the ice in it. I would recommend this product.

Better stuff out there
Below average. Use it as a night time fan and it barely keeps me cooler. Also has weird moments of demonic possession and turns off and on and lights off and on randomly with nothing touching the device.

Better than I thought but not worth it
When I first received this product, I didn’t have the correct wall adapter to work with the voltage and couldn’t tell if that was the reason for the low pressure wind flow. After getting the adapter it felt a little better but still low pressure so my hopes were dashed a bit. Still, I found that if I add ice and cold water, it really helps cool me over time and I hope up feeling chilly. I will add that while the AC was on in the living room, my bedroom is still quite hot. It fits into my nightstand with room for my lotion, lamp, and other items I keep there. But it is LOUD next to my head. I usually have to turn the power to 60-70 in order to be able to sleep and still feel cold. I will usually leave it running on high for a bit before bed to help it function better. I’ve had this for a month and used it a few times and I’ve only had one issue with water leakage but I think it was user error as it hasn’t happened since. Overall? I am not sure if I could recommend this item if you don’t have a fan and air conditioner to work alongside it. I feel it wasn’t necessarily worth the price but it functions well enough that I don’t feel like it’s worth returning it.

Buy another brand-leaks
For the first 2 weeks this air conditioner worked surprisingly well, I was honestly shocked. Then it started leaking, just like all the other reviews mentioned. I had to call Amazon twice and speak with a manager (cringe) to get a refund as the manufacturer only accepts exchanges after 1 month, no surprise. Don’t purchase this, it’s dangerous and will ruin whatever surface you have it on. If you zoom in on the second pic you can see that it’s sitting in a pool of water.

Never worked properly
This product never worked the way it was described. My desk fan kicks out more air than this unit. I would like to return this item but I believe it is past the return date. Does not cool, I feel like the product was expensive for what I got. Very disappointed.
