This unit cools ok, but it leaks unexpectedly.. It did fine for an hour then was shut off as it was not needed. Next morning it leaked on the table it was set on. Refilled it and placed it outside on a plastic table. Was fine for 2 hours then found a puddle under the unit. Thought the tank was sealed properly … If you use this product make sure you have a catch pan under it.. Risky!!!!

When I first received this product, I didn’t have the correct wall adapter to work with the voltage and couldn’t tell if that was the reason for the low pressure wind flow. After getting the adapter it felt a little better but still low pressure so my hopes were dashed a bit. Still, I found that if I add ice and cold water, it really helps cool me over time and I hope up feeling chilly. I will add that while the AC was on in the living room, my bedroom is still quite hot. It fits into my nightstand with room for my lotion, lamp, and other items I keep there. But it is LOUD next to my head. I usually have to turn the power to 60-70 in order to be able to sleep and still feel cold. I will usually leave it running on high for a bit before bed to help it function better. I’ve had this for a month and used it a few times and I’ve only had one issue with water leakage but I think it was user error as it hasn’t happened since. Overall? I am not sure if I could recommend this item if you don’t have a fan and air conditioner to work alongside it. I feel it wasn’t necessarily worth the price but it functions well enough that I don’t feel like it’s worth returning it.

Seems to work well for like 3 minutes, then after that time the water seeps into the bottom and starts leaking out the front. I tried all different ways to prevent this from happening but every single time the sponge/filter on the inside seems to fill with too much water and it just keeps putting more water into it until it overflows.

Works great in the space we use it. We made an addition on to our laundry room that extended the laundry room 200sqft. There is only 1 small air duct in the laundry room and we live in AZ, so sometimes the extra space space can get a little hot. We put this in there and it lowered the temperature quite a bit. Would definitely buy more in the future.
