This is a great product. It's quieter than most air conditioners and really does the job!. I have it in my art studio on the third floor of my home where it gets very hot. With in minutes it has the room cooled down and very comfortable to work in. I will probably order another in the spring for a room on the second floor. I am more than pleased. It was more than easy to set up. It probably took five minutes to do so. I just roll it in the closet for the winter. Great price!

Absolutely wonderful. We have an old home with no central AC and it was a HOT summer. We have a smaller window we wanted to put it in so my husband cut the piece that slides in the window easily with a hack saw to personalize it for our small width window. It gets so cold in our first floor now! I would say we have a bigger than average dinning room (where it gets hooked up) and a connected living room with a kitchen off to the side that are all cooled to a great temperature with this small appliance. I keep a bucket under the hose where it dispels the water, which is also awesome because it takes the moisture out of the air as well when it’s hot and humid. It’s not especially loud when it’s running and I often run it a while and turn it off because of how well it works. I’m extremely happy because getting a mini split put in would’ve been a lot more money and this was such a good value for how great the quality is and how well it works. We did get the higher strength one? I’m not sure what the measurement is but it was 12,000 btu and with the discount on Amazon about $270? Having this for years is going to be amazing with the summers getting worse as we get older. We haven’t used just the fan but it has multiple speeds and settings which are nice for spring for fall to circulate the air. I feel so fortunate to have found this.

My unit arrived nicely. I allowed it to sit upright 6+ hours before turning on as instructions said. It’s not cooling. I bought this only as a supplement to my central AC for a southern facing bedroom upstairs that’s always warmer than the rest of the house. All this thing had to do was take my bedroom down a few degrees and it cannot even do that. I set the temp all the way down to 61 degrees and my room does not drop more than a degree running 8 hours. Furthermore there is a card inside that says something along the lines of we ensure your happiness and if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied let us know and we will replace your defective item or refund you. They don’t. I wrote them and explained the issue only to get an insulting reply asking me if I was sure it was set to cool? Give me a break. I replied and reiterated everything I said and was told they cannot help me. I’m so mad. In this economy I don’t have a dime to spare & I took money out of savings to buy this and I am stuck with a defective product I cannot get help from the manufacturer on. I’m contacting Amazon next to see if they can help. If so I will update my post. This unit does not cool, the customer service is horrible and my unit is also extremely loud. I’ll share a video. I’m so upset I’m out $200 plus dollars. I took a chance because other reviews were good so this is why I’m posting mine as a warning to someone like me willing to give this product a try. Don’t.

I purchased a portable AC unit because I live in a two-story home and our thermostat is on the bottom floor so upstairs gets extremely hot compared to downstairs. In the summer here it gets very hot and windows hit the East and west of my house all day long. The bedroom would get to be about 10-15 degrees warmer than downstairs and the central AC would turn off because the thermostat downstairs would say it hit temperature. My kids then decided they would sleep in my room to stay cool. So, I purchased these when they were on sale and I figured I would give them a try. They cool down the room very quickly especially if you put on quick cool mode. The noise is as expected for an AC unit. Much quieter than a normal window unit you would have installed in the window itself through and less to deal with. I love the fact that it recycles the moisture so you don't have water dripping out of the windows as under the window is where people would walk or be at our front door. Also, the neighborhood I'm in has an HOA and the kids' rooms are at the front of the house which would end up being a violation if i had half an AC unit sticking out of the window. I would highly recommend this product to anyone and will purchase again if I need to in the future. I have used them this whole summer and it's finally starting to cool down here, so we use them in fan mode now to help keep air moving.

I want to note 1st and foremost that this is the first AC unit that I’ve ever bought. I will note that it was definitely very easy to set up and get into a window. The unit itself is slightly louder than I expected, but it definitely is working without issues. It definitely is dropping the temperature in my living room or I have it hooked up. But there is one small issue that I wish could be addressed a little better. The drainage hose for the dehumidifier section is a bit too small for the hook up that it is supposed to go into and it does slip out if you don’t have it angled properly. Also, I will note that there’s no real good way of collection for the water other than using a small bucket. It definitely does help dehumidifier the air. I live in a second floor apartment in an area that normally has humid summers. It definitely makes the room feel nice. It isn’t terribly heavy thankfully so it’s not a big deal to move around. My recommendation is to figure out a collection system so you can have a dump freely instead of having a bucket. I’ll still have to buy a separate unit in order to address that issue but that’s small compared to what I think of the unit itself never mind that it definitely does the job. It is definitely worth the price.

This unit is everything I needed and more. The most impressive thing about the Line Blaster is its incredible cooling power. Living in a humid climate, my living room often feels like a sauna, but this AC cools the space down faster and more effectively than I ever expected. The air coming out of the vent is legitimately "ice-cold," and I can feel the difference across my entire living room and even down the hall. It's a fantastic feeling to come home to a cool, comfortable space after a long day in the heat. Another huge selling point for me was how quiet it is. Unlike other portable units I've heard, the Line Blaster operates with a low, unobtrusive hum that's easy to tune out. I can work or watch TV without the distraction of a loud machine, and it's quiet enough to run all night without disrupting my sleep. The dual-hose design is a true innovation. It’s a genius feature that prevents hot air from leaking back into the room, which is a common problem with single-hose models. This is what makes it so incredibly efficient. It pulls in fresh air from outside to cool the unit’s internal components, which means it isn’t wasting the cool air it just created. The setup was straightforward, and the provided window kit included plenty of insulation to get a tight, professional-looking seal.
