    • Updated review - Great tarp to keep wind, rain, frost and debris off my patio during winter months
I'm using the tarp to close in my patio to create a sort of greenhouse space for plants and other patio items I want to protect from the severe weather we get here on the Oregon coast during the winter months. Once totally secured, the tarp is indeed waterproof, but after an issue with especially strong winds (70 mph) whipping the tarp some grommets actually were pulled out so the winds had their way with the tarp. The seller was exceptionally great. AFter reading my review mentioning this problem, seller has just notified me the tarp will be replaced.     • Perfect for 3x6 garden bed
With 3ft hoops this has allowed me to make a beautiful cold frame. I just wish the ends had a few more eyelets to tie it up tight. We will see how it lasts over a year.

I used this to wrap a chicken coop for the winter. Completely waterproof and windproof and very hard to damage. My geese chewed some small pieces in the corners after trying very hard to do so…they destroy normal tarps in a day. This one has lasted from November to February with no damage or tears. Heavy, durable, flexable, waterproof and lets bright light shine through to my garden/plant shed. Grommets are secure and heavy wind did not affect it at all. I will buy more, very happy.

    • Doesn’t hold up to any kind of wind
Any wind above a breeze will rip the grommets right out. Even if the tarp is secured tightly to avoid any kind of flapping in the wind. Even if it is kept more loose and allowed to flap. Wind is not a friend.

    • Durable
I am using this to cover my chicken run to keep snow out and still let in light. It lets in plenty of light, but it’s not clear. It looks white from a distance. I am happy with it so far because it has already withstood some very strong winds.
