The media could not be loaded. This AC is powerful!! We try to keep our thermostat set at an energy efficient level and got this AC to cool just our bedroom at night while we sleep. The remote control allows us to change any settings from our bed but once it’s on we don’t have to worry about anything else. Our room cools down so quickly and we are able to sleep so much better. None of the noises bug me because I used to sleep with a sound machine anyway but I do wish the sound stayed consistent instead of switching between a low hum and a loud hum. We also had to get a window extender because the window insert was too short for our window but it was very easy to install. We plan to take the unit with us when we travel next month to a cabin with no AC and love that there are not a lot of pieces to deal with. Overall this has done exactly what we were hoping it would and we’re hoping it saves us money to only cool this small space in the evenings!

This thing worked great when I first got it. Cooled the room, wasn't too noisy. However, as soon as I couldn't return it to Amazon directly, it stopped working. I've tried contacting the manufacturer to get it replaced, as it claims it comes with a warranty, but the company contact information is non existent. Don't waste your money on this rubbish. Update: Amazon can't even provide me with contact information for this manufacturer. The website, nabaidun.afterservice.vip, is supposed to be for the manufacturer warranty, but there is no phone number, no chat option as advertised, and the email listed does not work. So only buy this product if you purchase an Amazon warranty to go with it.

The media could not be loaded. The Mobile Air Conditioner is a huge life saver for me and my family during this summer time. Our Air Conditioner has broken and so I decided to purchase this AC unit to try out. At first I was afraid it was going to be super heavy, but once I received it, it was super easy to set up and wasn’t heavy at all. I’m especially grateful that this AC unit comes with wheels. Thanks to the wheels, I was able to move the AC unit easily to the room we needed it to be in. The directions were fairly easy to read to help get things set up. Item also comes with a remote which is my holy grail! I love that I can control the AC unit wherever I’m laying at so I can just relax with my eyes closed. This company is so generous they even provided 2 AAA batteries which is a PLUS! 😊 The AC unit creates cool air pretty fast too. It only takes a few minutes for the living room to start cooling down. This is my first time purchasing an AC unit and I’ll have to say, I’m a super happy customer!

Unfortunetly we had to purchase another window kit since their window sliders were to short for the window...most a/c units come with a 3 piece slider kit to accommodate, they only have a 2 piece so system was useless, had to shell out another $40 for a window kit upgrade kit...price with kit isn't as competitive will return since I could have gotten a better unit for $20 more. Unit looks nice but lacks a true warranty or ability to insure with Asurion is a deal breaker at present time. No adapter to connect hose securely to unit is also a very poor design feature. The flexible hose is very cheap so you are looking at another $10 purchase there. Other kits do NOT include a insulated exhaust sleeve...would highly recommend as it greatly reduces energy costs. Does not seem to blow as long or get as cool as other name brand units. Otherwise a fair price on this unit would be around $320-$340

The media could not be loaded. I love everything about this product. It cools the room perfectly. The noise level is minimal. Easy to use and easy to set up. Great product and great price. I wish I would have purchased it sooner. I give this product a 5 star rating and my own rating of the best of the best. It’s extremely energy efficient. I have a completely electric home so my electric bill can get high sometimes, especially in the summer. Since getting this AC unit, it has saved us money. The remote control is fantastic. When I sit on the couch and I’ve forgotten to turn the AC on, no worries I just turn it on with the remote. Easy and convenient .

Not sure about energy efficiency, but it puts out decent cool air. The swing function allowing the air to move back and forth, which is nice. Unit is modern-looking and has nice features. Buttons on top (especially) on/off button are EASILY activated by slightest touch, but other than that, good product so far. I personally do not have any issue with the exhaust hose, but potential buyers should pay careful attention to the window kit dimensions to ensure the the kit can be used without any issues, especially in vertical window openings I used this unit all last summer, and I am now using it primarily as a dehumidifier in my basement with no issues.

I bought this AC unit to use in my motorhome while it’s parked in my driveway as I’m refurbishing it. Here in Phoenix its 111° and although the unit starts up cooling perfectly, it cuts out after about 10 minutes and the fan continues to run but all that come out is extremely hot air! I have the vent attached to the window and I have the water drained out but it fails. So I return an hour later and the same thing happens. Most frustrating.

Seems like a good unit in may ways but the exhaust hose needs some knd of bracket that secures to the back. The current design show just rotating the flimsy exhaust hose into some lugs on back. The hose comes off with the slightest movement of the unit.
