This kit is so simple to use as long as you’re following the directions. I have a 14ftx48in round summer waves pool with an upgraded Intex sand filter pump. Idk if it helps, but I also live in the dead smack of middle TN so we have had the absolute wettest spring & summer, raining every other day it feels like. This test kit is wonderful! My pool was a mess because the strip tester I purchased at the beginning of this pool season from a big box store wasn't reading the levels correctly. This product is great for the price. It's amazing how expensive these have become at the big box store or pool supply companies. I selected this because I like the two tube functionality and the testing chemicals you get. The box is good for the price, but the plastic seems thin to some that I have used in the past. The colors are easy to read with the whte paaer in the back of the tubes for clarity. In the past I've had bottle leakage, but they seem to close tight. I use this kit several times a week during the Summer to make sure my pool chemistry is on target. This kit is well made and after a year of service, it's still performing flawlessly! The manual is clearly written I docked it one-star because one of the chemical bottles arrived with a loose lid, spilling some of the contents and staining some kit items including the manual: seems like manufacturer quality control inspection could have been better. So just saw this one has five test bars where another has six. I bought the six bar five years ago and broke it. For five bucks I’d have replaced it with the same but guessing this will take care of testing requirements. I have dealt with green pools in past seasons and I hated having to go to Leslie's to see where things stood. I bought at the beginning of the season this year and my pool has been non-stop sparkling clear. It's so easy to read & adjust the ph/alkalinity and chlorine.
