do not buy this item, mine stopped working the 3rd time I tried to use it. I reached out to Amazon and they said the warrany had expired could I please call the manufacturer, I called the manufacture that is listed on amazon and was told they do not sell this vacuum and that somehow Amazon has linked the vacuum and their company. the vacuum is made in China. will update as soon as I get a resolution.

I already have an Aiper pool robot but needed something to pickup occasional deposits like dead algae and fine particles without deploying the bot. This thing works so well I may not need to deploy the Aiper as much it works great on dead algae you know that gray stuff that’ll clog your filters up. It works flawlessly single pass type flawless.

When I first opened it, I was a bit taken back because it’s a lot smaller than I thought, but it works great For my little pool. Plenty of suction and the charge lasts days And comes with replacement filters!!!

UPDATE: I wrote to the company and asked if there was a solution to the problem I was having with the vacuum. I explained that the filter housing was so difficult to remove from the motor. The only response I got was to watch the video, which I thought was pretty lame. I was doing everything correctly but I don't believe it's supposed to be this difficult to separate the two pieces. I responded to the email and told them this but I have not received any follow up emails. For this reason I lowered my review to two stars and I will be returning the vacuum. If a company can't give proper customer service, I don't want to be one of their customers. I ordered this vacuum to clean my Salsapa Hawaii inflatable spa. We have Santa Anna winds where we live and the standard cover that comes with the spa was no match. I should have used the other cover that comes with this model of spas. It meets the regulations required to be sold in California, and it would not have moved to allowed leaves and dirt in the spa as the other cover did. But, I digress. I ordered the vacuum and received it quickly the next day. I was excited to try it out! However, when I was trying to put it together, the filter holder would not attach to the motor part of the vacuum. It is supposed to be easy to put together and slide left to lock. But, mine would not slide left at all. It was obvious that the filter part was not going into the motor part enough to get the Little yellow button past the opening to lock it. There was just not room for it to go. I took the filter out of the holder and I noticed that there was a gasket that looked like it was maybe the culprit. I removed the gasket and tried again. I included a picture of the filter and the gasket I removed. This time I was able to get the filter holder to connect to the motor section. However, it was very, very difficult to get them apart. Again. I doubt that this is how it's supposed to be. Since I had the unit together again, I decide to try it on my spa. I wasn't expecting much because the vacuum power did not feel very strong when I put it up against my hand. So, I was pleasantly surprised when the vacuum worked well! Our spa is a bubble spa which means there is a ring of bubbles around the edge of the bottom of the spa. I noticed that most of the leaves and dirt were hiding behind the bubble ring. The design of this vacuum made it very very easy to get in there and clean out the leaves. When it's underwater the vacuum is extremely good. The vacuum itself feels very strong and good quality. The motor section is actually made out of metal! It comes with two extra filters and a cleaning brush. When I was considering buying this I was concerned that the brush may be too rough to use in my inflatable spa. But it is actually soft and I don't think it would be a problem to use it to clean the bottom of the spa. I like that it is rechargeable and I don't have to worry about finding batteries or using a hose every time I want to clean the spa. I would have given this vacuum a five-star rating but since it was so difficult for me to remove the filter section from the motor section to clean it, I had to knock this review down to three stars. I don't know if I have a lemon or if every vacuum is this way. I really hope that mine is just a lemon, otherwise I don't understand why it would be receiving so many five star reviews. I am pretty strong and usually do not have issues with things like this, but it took every bit of my strength and a few grunts, in order to get the filter holder off of the motor section. I really doubt that this is the norm with this vacuum. I am considering returning it, even though it did a great job! I just don't want to have to fight with it and stain everytime I need to clean the filter. If I could open and close this vacuum easily, I would consider it an excellent value for the price and happily give it a five star review.
