The media could not be loaded. A friend recommended this item so my wife and I decided to take a chance on a brand unknown to us and purchased one. The product arrived well packaged and we found it easy to unpack, charge up and use. To our surprise, the cleaner works better than we expected and is an amazing sight to watch, as the cleaner scurries around underwater cleaning the pool walls, steps and bottom, as if it were a trained pet dolphin or pet otter. It is a beautiful design and easy to use. The filter basket is easy to insert, remove and clean. We like the auqua color. We have a relatively small pool that is surrounded by a garden of trees, flowers, shrubs and bushes which can blow into the pool, thus generating more pollen, dirt, sand and leaves compared to larger-sized pools not situated close to trees or shrubs. As a result, this results in a significant amount of debris build-up both on the surface and on the bottom of the pool. To remedy surface debris, we purchased a solar powered skimmer. To remedy the bottom debris, we decided to take a chance on the Hision cleaner. Since purchasing both, we have not had to use our skim net, or vacuum and brush the walls of the pool once. We can honestly say that the combination of both products has revolutionized our lives because we no longer have to spend long and annoying hours each day and week skimming or vacuuming the pool. In our case, we keep the Hision cleaner charged up and deploy it every two to three days. It works furiously for 2 hours or so and then shuts down. The result of having both a bottom cleaner and a robotic skimmer is a near maintenance-free pool regimen, and sparking clean water which translates to more time and enjoyment for us in the water. Our only suggestion to the manufacturer / seller has to do with their User Manual and Safety warnings. Although the User Manual lists the product's battery capacity, it does not list its voltage which we assume is probably somewhere between 20 and 36 volts given the size and capacity of the battery. Since water and DC electricity (that has no ground) represents a potential safety hazard, it would have been nice if the User Manual had more information on its electric safety features and safety circuitry, any UL or other certifications or approvals and what would happen if someone deployed the unit without inserting the rubber cover over the charge receptacle. Although the User Manual says: "Keep people and animals out of the pool while the device is in use. Do not leave children unsupervised while using the device,” it is not clear if this statement is to protect the device and people from stepping on or interfering with the device's operation, or whether this is a warnig about the potential electrical issues, or both. We are not saying the device is not safe, but saying that the entire issue of electrical safety and the warnings thereof, are not clear enough. Because of this, since safety forever takes precedent over all else, we make sure no people or pets are in the pool when the cleaner is deployed. Other than this, we feel this a a great and well-designed product and would definitely recommend it to a friend of family member. The two photos show what was collected in the filter basket after our first initial use, and what was collected after a strong wind storm blew through several days later.

I have owned this pool robot a few weeks and have used it several times. It does everything as advertised. Great product at a very attractive price. The app is fairly useless but the machine itself charges easily and quickly, and has a battery life that covers my entire 15,000 gallon pool. It cleans all the way up the walls and along all of the steps and benches. The floor is generally spotless afterward. Love the self parking feature. I am thrilled with the product.

This little guy is fantastic. We have an inground liner pool, 3.5ft-5.5ft, approx 15,000gal. We’ve had a robot skimmer for a year and it was great, but of course I was still vacuuming. When my hose broke this year, I decided I wanted a robot vacuum. My husband didn’t want to pay the $$ for the Dolphin since we plan to move in the next two years so this was a good compromise. It cleans well and I love not having to vacuum with that ridiculous hose anymore. The kids have fun naming all our different robots, this one is Spider-Man. My only two complaints and reason for knocking a star off is 1. The charging cord is really hard to pull out 2. The charge only lasts two hours, so if we have been away for a few days, it takes a couple charge cycles to get the pool clean. The hook to attach to your skimmer pole makes it really easy to get out. I’m not big or strong and I find easy to pull out of the water.

The media could not be loaded. Picked up this pool robot last month to give my achin back a break from all that manual scrubbin. Gotta say, it's a pretty nifty gadget! The suction's pretty strong, picks up leaves and dirt no problem. Even nabbed a few small twigs that blew in during a storm. Battery life's decent, ran for about 2 hours before needin a charge, which was enough to cover my whole pool. Nice touch how it parks itself when it’s done - no more fishin for it with the pole. The beeps and lights are handy, lets you know whats goin on without havin to babysit it. Does a good job coverin most of the pool, even climbs the walls which is cool. Watched it go up and down a few times, kinda mesmerizin actually. But it’s not all smooth sailin. Sometimes it gets stuck in corners or on the drain, had to rescue it a couple times. The app can be a bit finicky, had to restart it a few times to get it to connect. It missed a few spots here and there, especially around the stairs, had to give em a quick brush afterwards. Also, it’s pretty heavy when you're pullin it out - might be tough for some folks. Cleanin the filter's a bit messy, but not too bad once you get the hang of it. The navigation seems smart most of the time, but occasionally it'll spend ages in one spot while ignorin another. Overall, it saves me a bunch of time on pool cleanin, but still needs a bit of babysittin. Good for regular maintenance, but you might still need to do a deep clean now and then. Worth considerin if you're tired of manual pool cleanin and dont mind a bit of an investment, just don't expect it to be completely hands-off or perfect every time.

I've been using the HISION pool cleaner robot for two months, and it’s fantastic! The motor is super powerful, and it climbs the pool walls easily, cleaning everything in its path. This pool cleaner handles large debris like leaves and twigs with no problem. It even gets rid of fine silt and sand at the bottom. Watching it work is impressive! Cleaning the debris basket is a snap. It rinses out quickly and doesn’t get clogged, which saves a lot of time compared to my old cleaner. The battery life is great, running for about 2.5 hours on a full charge, which is more than enough for my pool. When it’s done, it parks itself at the edge for easy pickup.
