Excellent Warranty & Excellent Customer Service
After 3 Polaris sweepers, that require an auxiliary pump, I decided to try something new. I went went this item. I bought it in July 2024. I was excited to try it. When it arrived, I unpacked, read the manual and charged it. I left it in "all cover mode" so it vacuums the floor, climbs the walls, scrubs the edges, and has no problem on the steps. It picks up leaves, grass, pebbles and sand/dirt. I have sandstone around my pool. I'm very happy with this vacuum. It works great. Ten months in, and almost daily use, 1 of the bands broke. I outreached to customer service thru WhatsApp, the number is in the manual. I provided a picture and asked where I could buy replacement bands. I was asked to provide proof of purchase. I did and within a week I received 2 sets of replacement bands. Thru WhatsApp I was provided with a video on how to replace the bands. It was an easy process. My vacuum was back to work. In early September 2025, the right side panel came loose. The vacuum still works but the band slips off a bit. I was having to adjust the band just to make sure it would completely come off. I decided to inspect the issue. I completely removed the side panel and noticed one of the plastic clips, attached to the inside wheel, had broken off. Again I contacted customer service, sent a picture and I asked where I could get a replacement wheel. This time I was asked to send a picture of the robot charging. I did. A day later I was asked to provide the serial number for the robot. I did. The next day I was told I would receive a new robot in 10 days. Today, 10 days later, FedEx delivered my new robot. I am so happy with how this robot vac works and I'm extremely happy with the customer service. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I know I didn't go wrong in buy this. Give it a try.

BUYER BEWARE
The robot itself is fine. But if you ever need a piece. Just throw it away, they will not provide you with any parts needed to fix your robot. One of our tracks broke, and we called customer service and they are completely useless. They’re unable to sell you a part. They designed the robot so you can’t use third-party tracks. I never leave reviews but please do not purchase this robot and expect long-term usage. The warranty is non-existent.

Hision Model A7 Max Robotic Pool Cleaner Review
A friend recommended this item so my wife and I decided to take a chance on a brand unknown to us and purchased one. The product arrived well packaged and we found it easy to unpack, charge up and use. To our surprise, the cleaner works better than we expected and is an amazing sight to watch, as the cleaner scurries around underwater cleaning the pool walls, steps and bottom, as if it were a trained pet dolphin or pet otter. It is a beautiful design and easy to use. The filter basket is easy to insert, remove and clean. We like the auqua color. We have a relatively small pool that is surrounded by a garden of trees, flowers, shrubs and bushes which can blow into the pool, thus generating more pollen, dirt, sand and leaves compared to larger-sized pools not situated close to trees or shrubs. As a result, this results in a significant amount of debris build-up both on the surface and on the bottom of the pool. To remedy surface debris, we purchased a solar powered skimmer. To remedy the bottom debris, we decided to take a chance on the Hision cleaner. Since purchasing both, we have not had to use our skim net, or vacuum and brush the walls of the pool once. We can honestly say that the combination of both products has revolutionized our lives because we no longer have to spend long and annoying hours each day and week skimming or vacuuming the pool. In our case, we keep the Hision cleaner charged up and deploy it every two to three days. It works furiously for 2 hours or so and then shuts down. The result of having both a bottom cleaner and a robotic skimmer is a near maintenance-free pool regimen, and sparking clean water which translates to more time and enjoyment for us in the water. Our only suggestion to the manufacturer / seller has to do with their User Manual and Safety warnings. Although the User Manual lists the product's battery capacity, it does not list its voltage which we assume is probably somewhere between 20 and 36 volts given the size and capacity of the battery. Since water and DC electricity (that has no ground) represents a potential safety hazard, it would have been nice if the User Manual had more information on its electric safety features and safety circuitry, any UL or other certifications or approvals and what would happen if someone deployed the unit without inserting the rubber cover over the charge receptacle. Although the User Manual says: "Keep people and animals out of the pool while the device is in use. Do not leave children unsupervised while using the device,” it is not clear if this statement is to protect the device and people from stepping on or interfering with the device's operation, or whether this is a warnig about the potential electrical issues, or both. We are not saying the device is not safe, but saying that the entire issue of electrical safety and the warnings thereof, are not clear enough. Because of this, since safety forever takes precedent over all else, we make sure no people or pets are in the pool when the cleaner is deployed. Other than this, we feel this a a great and well-designed product and would definitely recommend it to a friend of family member. The two photos show what was collected in the filter basket after our first initial use, and what was collected after a strong wind storm blew through several days later.

New and improved Robot
I purchased this pool vacuum cleaner 2 years ago and had some issues with it's performance and ultimately the battery died after 2 seasons. So I wouldn't have rated this robot a 5 star. What made me reconsider is the prompt and professional responses from Hision tech support who actually honored my warranty and sent me a brand new robot. This new and improved model by" Seauto" performes flawlessly, it cleans the walls and floor thoroughly. I want to thank the support team, specially Lina who was super nice and arranged for a quick replacement.

Don't Buy
Bought this 2 yrs ago. It's a shame because it worked really well, when it worked. My first robot stopped working about 1 yr after the purchase. Service and support were outstanding and they replaced the robot. That one worked for just over another yr and now has stopped working again. This time since I'm a couple of weeks outside the warranty, I'm SOL. So basically, this is a disposable robot that seems like it's designed to work for about a year.

Solid Robot, Solid Warranty. They stand by their machine
I bought this robot almost a year ago with the hope that it would keep me from having to clean the pool myself and spend my time out in the hot sun. From the get go the robot was a big hit for me. It is super simple to use and cleans the pool to an acceptable level. It won't get every little bit of sediment or in tight corners or against the wall, but overall I am very satisfied with the performance. I've used this thing regularly for a year now, even over the winter as I don't close our pool. A couple weeks ago the robot popped a wheelie and just died on me when I dropped it into the pool. I pulled it out and it was blinking yellow. It wouldn't charge or turn back on. I had to dig up the manual to find an email address for the company to see about the warranty. The amazon listing says 2 year warranty, but the manual only listed 1 year. I thought to myself oh man here we go now comes the bait and switch. So I emailed the company a screenshot of the amazon description and advised what was happening. I received a response the next morning asking for the serial number and a brief video of what the robot was doing. After I sent that back the following day I received another follow up asking for my address. The following week I had a new robot and my pool was being cleaned yet again. Very pleased with the support from the company and I would absolutely recommend this robot. For the price you really can't beat it!

Not sold on this…
Not sure if the price was worth what I got. It does do some cleaning, yet it doesn’t move in a fluid way. It zigzags erratically across the pool and after about 45 minutes, it struggles to get up the walls. We’ve tried floor only mode, then recharge and do walls only, but it seems to still struggle keeping that same power level as it starts with and find ourselves with clean stripes across the pool after its run time is over. We do find that the filter basket catches leaves and a few small debris, but we are still left with tons of fine particles gathering in the center of our pool. Cool concept, just not sure if it was worth the $400+ spent.
