I purchased this skimmer for our 3-person Hot Tub, and it works well. We have a dog, and 3 cats, and fur eventually makes its way into the spa from our swim clothes and feet. I was surprised to see this actually removed it from the water because the mesh is so fine (hopefully you can see it in the image)! It was not the sole purpose for purchasing this skimmer but it's an added benefit without a doubt. The handle is sturdy but could break if manhandled or thrown. It's smaller than a big pool skimmer, more manageable, and stores away easily.

For the price this is a nice durable pool lead catcher. The blue surround is stiff but has a bit of flex to contour to the bottom of the pool. I recommend this product.

This works well for pool maintenance. I would have preferred a skimmer a little wider but this gets the job done with an added sweep or two. Not really heavy duty but neither was the one I'm replacing and it lasted 8 years before the net tore.

I bought this because my dog likes to drop his ball in my inflatable hot tub while I am in it and gets grass and dirt in it. This is perfect. It's sturdy and a great size. I sit it on the side of my hot tub and scoop stuff out while I am in there. If you need something small and sturdy I recommend this.
