Don’t hesitate to buy this bike! It was easy to assemble, sturdy and silent. I have been using the Peloton app for workouts and have added accessories to make it similar to a Peloton. I changed out the pedals to SPD and bought cycling shoes so I can clip in when riding. I also added a Wahoo cadence tracker and small fan to the handlebars. All for a fraction of the cost of a Peloton! Pooboo customer is very helpful and quick to respond. I found the seat too hard so I emailed Pooboo and they sent me a gel seat cover for free!

Due to a pair of aging knees I've had to change up my usual running cardio. Cycling seemed to be the answer but I live in the Pacific Northwest, so rain and cold weather make biking outdoors less than delightful for much of the fall, winter, and into spring. Hence my interest in an indoor solution. I researched the various stationary bikes available and, not wanting to pony up the money for a Peleton or other pricey option, I decided to give this bike from Pooboo a try. After a couple of weeks of use, I'm more than happy with this product. First off, it's very heavy-duty and stable during use (it's rated for riders up to 350 lbs). It's quiet, too, due to the magnetic resistance. Assembly was straightforward using the included instructions and tools. Extra parts are included just in case you cross-thread a bolt or screw during the build, a benefit I wish more manufacturers would provide. The bike can synch with some of the workout apps out there (I'm using Zwift) which helps greatly in tracking your workouts over time. It also takes the boredom out of stationary riding. My only beef is that the seat is a bit too firm for me, but the seller is sending a soft seat cushion that should solve that issue. I'm very pleased with this product and expect it will give me years of great workouts (all while keeping my knees much happier). 5 stars!

I ordered this bike based on the customer review over the Thanksgiving weekend. The bike arrived on time and in a good shape. I followed the instruction and was able to assemble the bike in less than one hour. I like the beautiful color and shape of the bike. It fits nicely in our family room. For the last one week, I have been riding it every day and really enjoy it so far. I was able to connect to ZWift via bluetooth and ride the bike with the app. The bike runs very smoothly and quietly. It seems to be well built with quality material. After riding for one week, There are two things I noticed that can be improved. The monitor does not record anything other than time. I was expecting it would show speed, calorie burned and distance etc. Secondly, the wheel on the base is small. I had some troubles to move the bike around the house. after I assembled the bike, I had some trouble to connect a cycling app with the bike via bluetooth. I contacted the customer support. The customer support service was great and surprisedly responsive. The person at the customer support is very friendly and answered my question in a timely manner. In addition, they also offered some free stuff to customers who contacted them via email. Overall, I liked the bike and the customer service. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a decently priced stationary bike that works well with app like zwift.

The bike was easy to assemble although the directions were a little sparse. It is rock solid but the seat is not very comfortable. Very good quality for a home bike but it is not as good as the more expensive bikes you use at the gym.

Bike came quickly, and was easy to assemble, I foolishly forgot to add the set of batteries in the bottom to connect Bluetooth ( i only installed batteries in the display section, despite a big sticker on the side saying add aaa batteries) I emailed asking about this and mentioned I had seen other comments mentioning a extra seat cushion and asked if I was able to get one also, I got a quick response and with details and pictures included he helped me figure out my mistake, and also told me he would send me the seat cushion cover and other gifts, he also followed up to make sure I got connected, and then followed up after I told him I was able to connect and he told me my seat and gifts were on the way, could not ask for better service, the bike is great too, comes with a free app that you connect to, I haven't used the app yet after i connected as I've mainly used it for a warm up before lifting, but I'd definitely buy from this seller again and I give the bike 5 stars as well

Quality is great and the Bluetooth feature works well with cycling apps. It was very simple to assemble; only took me about 30 minutes. The bike is extremely quiet when cycling. I did buy a wider memory foam seat to replace the one that comes with it, because it is a little hard. However the seller sent me a memory foam seat cover for free so purchasing a replacement seat really isn’t necessary unless you just want a wider one. The bike is compact and fits perfectly in a corner. If you are on the fence, don’t be. It’s a great buy.

I looked at a LOT of exercise bikes, including peleton ones, before deciding to try this out as it has everything I wanted-- magnetic resistance, Bluetooth for connection with a variety of apps, rpm sensor, good reviews, responsive seller and this bike ticked all my boxes at 1/10th the price of a peloton. I received this exercise bike pretty quickly and it was delivered safely to outside my apartment. The box had instructions on which side to open from and the set up instructions manual was very comprehensive. The bike pieces came packed very well in styrofoam packaged with tape and all the attachments/screws/tools were there along with a few extra. I and my boyfriend set it up pretty quickly in an hour at max. If I was alone, I might have taken 2-3 hours. Once the bike was set up, I leveled it and added AAA batteries to both the screen and cadence sensor. I followed the directions to set up with Zwift and it got connected very easily. The bike works great as an exercise bike. I will update about the usage if I face any issue. The seller also reached out and sent to me a softer seat and a couple resistance bands and didn't ask for a review to do that. The customer service is very friendly and helpful.
