We bought these for out by the pool to sit at and have dinner at. This set is perfect for outside and sitting in wet after getting out of the pool. We have had this now for one summer and it has held up beautifully. No fading or spotting from sitting in the sun all summer. They are comfortable to sit on and because of the material perfect for when you just get out of the pool. Big enough to seat 6 and you could probably seat 2 more if you squeezed people in. It was delivered by a freight company. The boxes were super heavy. We just opened them where the freight company left them and assembled them there. Super easy to assemble. We love the Lakeside Dining set and in fact bought 2 so we never have to replace rusting sets again! We have two rockers that we bought in 2012 and they are like new! The delivery was an issue and Polywood sent a kind and apologetic response. The actual delivery was fine and the driver helpful and courteous. I did have to wait and the delivery date was not the actual date....I think the problem is the delivery is large and heavy and comes on a pallet as the chairs are fully assembled and the table just needs the legs attached. It has to come by a local carrier and while the tracking says FEDEX—it is not. However, glad we ordered this set early, and all’s well that ends well! ... show more

Going to put this out by the pool to replace cheap vinyl strip weave furniture that hardly lasted a season. Sturdy, durable, not bad looking either! I wouldn’t think twice about buying again.

Ordered this set on April 13 it was shipped on April 16 delivered April 19. Not bad so far. The only assemble that I was required to do was put the arms on two chairs and attach the legs to the table. Not too much to ask. I inspected this set only to find that the assemble that Polywood was incomplete which resulted in an unsafe product. I request a replacement which they eventually sent and that was also in the same condition. All their concern was that I return the chair that has the problem. For a set that you spend $1997 you would expect a quality assembled product. Instead all you get is an overpriced unsafe product that Polywood can’t assemble correctly. Would not purchase another Polywood product again. ... show more

The color pictured in the “sand” color description looked like an off white. Product came in grey. Also, one of the edges were not finished properly as shown in the pictures. Now what?
