    • This is the one, and I have tried them all
Style: 2021 Version (USB-A Only) Pattern: Headset + Charge Stand
I now work from home and have been on a quest to find the best headset for me. I use my headset almost exclusively for MS Teams. I was seeking a headset that was comfortable, I just put it on and wear it around the house most of the day. I also wanted one that obviously had good sound and the mic had to transmit my voice clearly. Lastly I wanted one that had a long battery life. This headset checks every box and does it well. When you open the box, the size and construction quality is clear immediately. This is a well made, sturdy, but not heavy headset. The Leitner was super light and comfortable, but felt cheap and it's 5-6 hours of battery life were a literal joke. For those comparing this to the Poly 4320, this is a different animal altogether in terms of construction, sound quality and noise cancellation. I also have tried the Jabra 65, it was lighter, but did not have any range, it would lose connectivity from my office to the kitchen and it is not a palatial kind of distance. You will not regret this purchase, it simply works, the poly app allows a high level of customization and honestly the lift mic to mute alone is almost priceless, no fumbling for a switch. I highly recommend this headset. ... show more

    • Works great for working from home.
Style: 2023 Version (USB-C & USB-A) Pattern: Headset + Charge Stand, Teams Version
Bought these as my first wireless headset. They work amazing with Five9 phone system & MS Teams. Not overly tight on ears, but not loose enough to fall off either. Easy to wear for 8+ hours a day. Great active noise cancelling. Speakers are clear and load enough for my to have volume turned down to 66. Charge lasts multiple days. Highly recommend if you're looking for on-ear headset. ... show more

    • Doesn't work properly
Style: 2021 Version (USB-A Only) Pattern: Headset + Charge Stand
I'm tech savvy but having a hard time with this product. Occasionally Windows does not recognize the device even after several reboots. The only way to get it working is to unplug/replug the usb which for me is a big issue since the port on my system is hard to reach. The mute button and the 'swing up to mute' does not work in Microsoft Teams. Also I'm unable to pair it to my galaxy s9. Nothing shows up on the scan. For a pricy headset and a known manufacturer one would expect more. I'll be returning this headset. Update 2023-03-21: I returned the faulty unit and got a new one. While this one hasn't given me the disconnect issue and I'm able to pair it with my phone, I'm still not happy. The mute button (and flip to mute) only works on one to one calls in Teams. It doesn't work in conference calls. Also while I hear other parties pretty good, they hear me as if I'm down a well. I will be looking at getting another brand. ... show more

    • Pretty good
Style: 2021 Version (USB-A Only) Pattern: Headset + Charge Stand
This headset did a good job of setting up. The app works now without much fuss. I feel like the sound was good but my voice sounded very tinny. I'm not sure if people I called noticed or if it was just the feedback in the headsets noise cancelling circuits. I turned down the volume of the mic input back into the headset and that either fixed it or made it less noticeable. It's a good set up when you can adjust things like that. Overall I was pretty pleased with the headset. I returned it because the mute function would toggle uncontrollably sometimes, which seems like a wiring/button issue. It made the headset unusable. I might get another one but I'm not sure. The HP/Plantronics/Poly website combination is a hot mess. Getting anything done there is frustrating. You'll get sent back and forth in an endless loop just trying to register something. ... show more

    • Wireless Headphone/Mic Headset Used for Either Ear
Style: 2021 Version (USB-A Only) Pattern: Headset + Charge Stand
The Poly Voyager Focus 2 UC Wireless Headset is an excellent choice for professionals seeking a high-quality audio experience during remote work, conference calls, and virtual meetings. Its combination of comfort, advanced features, and sound performance make it a standout in the market. The mic can be used on either ear and the headset automatically adjusts stereo sound...and it sounds very nice. The headset boasts plush ear cushions and a lightweight design, ensuring extended wear without discomfort. The active noise-canceling (ANC) feature effectively reduces ambient noise, creating a focused and distraction-free environment for both you and your callers. I tested the ANC function by turning my TV up higher than I ever had and the person on the other end of the call was unable to hear it. The audio quality is impressive, with clear and natural-sounding conversations on both ends. The three levels of ANC let you adjust the amount of external sound you want to block, adapting to different environments seamlessly. The Poly Voyager Focus 2 UC Wireless Headset is a superb choice. ... show more

    • Microphone does not work
Style: 2023 Version (USB-C & USB-A) Pattern: Headset + Charge Stand, Teams Version
Review Image by Lance Lance
I bought this headset to improve the quality of my work. I was specifically interested in the microphone because it advertises that it blocks out nearby noises and voices. This is important because I work in a busy office three days out of the week, and I need my callers to be able to hear me clearly and have a quality experience. Ever since I've started using this headset my callers have complained about being able to hear everything going on around me. I made a call to my phone and left a voicemail to test it out and I was able to hear coworkers advertises the entire room. This is the exact opposite of what this product advertises, and I will be requesting a replacement or a refund. Other than that... The sound quality is good and the noise cancellation of the speakers is decent... The microphone just ruins whatever good quality does come with this headset. ... show more

My husband bought this for work as he works from home. It is comfortable, easy to hear and speak, easy to set up and adjust. Has had no problem with the mic or volume. Battery is good he did buy extras just in case.
