I ordered the size that perfectly matched my measurements, but this suit is at least 2 full sizes too small. I can’t even get it on over my base work clothes, and there’s zero room to move around while tending to hives. The sizing chart is totally inaccurate, this suit is completely unusable.

Poorly constructed bee smoker. The welds are not sealed properly at all, resulting in non-stop smoke leaks all over. It doesn’t hold smoke where it needs to, completely defeats the purpose of the tool. Not worth purchasing.

I've been beekeeping for many years, but like to help out newbees get started at the local bee club. This starter kit has been fantastic in letting new keepers explore all the various items and figure out what they will use and won't use before spending a lot of money. I should have started with one of these kits instead of dishing out thousands on everything I thought I would use. The bee suit is perfect for new bekeepers and will easily last a hobbiest for many seasons. It's not as tough as my $300 vented suit, but a much better deal and feels just as good. The smoker works smoothly with good airflow. Once again, not as good as my $70 Dadant, but works perfectly fine. All the essential tools (hive tool, brush, gloves, etc.) feel well-made, and the sturdy Oxford bag keeps everything organized and easy to carry. For beginners, this complete kit is incredible value. Every beekeeper should start with this. You won't use half the stuff and if you stick with it for a couple years, you'll know exactly what you want to upgrade.

This is a surprisingly complete starter kit for beginner beekeepers. It includes just about everything needed to get started working hives safely and efficiently. The included bee suit fit well, and the XXL sizing provided comfortable room for movement without feeling too tight. The smoker works properly and produces a steady amount of smoke once lit correctly. I also appreciated having smaller tools included like the frame holder, hive tools, gloves, and cleaning accessories all in one package.
