I love the panel, its the perfect size for what I needed it for. I ordered the 6"x6". It's durable, built well and paintable. There are two small notches in the panel for a flathead screwdriver to use and pop open the panel. There is also 4 small screw holes on the inside lip of the picture-frame mount itself. You can use small drywall screw's to anchor it if you want. My only complaint is that it does not come with any type of adhesive for attaching the frame to the wall. Fortunately I had some liquid nails available to me and that worked just fine. You'll have to add a couple of dollars to your overall cost if you have to go out buy adhesive. ... show more

Bought this to give me access to our hot water tank, which is behind the sheet rock wall. The door is very easy to install and is a good quality. Only complaint is that it should be easier to open. I have to use a penny in the slot to snap the door open. It is a smooth face with slots to open it. Overall, I gave it five stars because it does exactly what it’s supposed to do and works good. Gives plenty of room. Before you buy, I would make sure that you buy one large enough as this is the second one I bought since the first was too small. ... show more

I ordered this to use for an access to my attic asses for one of my rental properties , I customized it a little as you can see in pictures so it holds better , only issue was that hinges are very fridge and I snapped one by accident but other then that it was easy installation , there were pre drilled holes already ( I added extra ones ) closes easy , you can use it for any access you want in the house ... show more
