This fit my Milwaukee M18 battery just perfectly. Bright enough for me to do small things outdoors and well enough to work in the garage while the power is out. It does not take a lot of power consumption. I have a 5ah, and it worked for hours. I don't know exactly how long. I have not tested that part. It can only be used with Milwaukee batteries, and the light only tilts up and down. you will need to adjust the nut and bolt to have a wider range of tilt. ... show more

I needed a Milwaukee 18v compatible light that was both compact and possessed a good adjustment range. This light meets my needs far better than I expected. It is very bright, even on the lower setting, and can be positioned to illuminate the darkest of locations. The bail type carry handle is a nice feature as well, although I intend to wrap it with white electrical tape so as to cause it to stan out from the black body of the fixture itself. The build seems to be very solid and I expect this light to last for a decade or more. I have used it with a 4 ah battery for several hours and it does not substantially deplete the charge of the battery. Edit 2: I previously rated this light highly because it did shut itself off once the battery got low, but after leaving it on the light for a few weeks in the off position, it killed the battery. They do shut themselves off at first, but apparently if you leave it connected even in the off position, they continue to draw down the battery until death. So, they are still OK if you remove the battery after use, but it's a pricey mistake if you don't. I picked one of these up on sale just to try it, and it's holding up great and provides bright, mostly even lighting. The light pattern does have a hot spot in the middle, but I usually use it for indirect lighting so that doesn't bother me. I also own a Milwaukee Rocket and this thing is brighter and of course MUCH more handy and compact at 10x less money. The light uses about 1 A on low, so you get about 5hrs on a 5Ah battery. The only negative is that the USB-C charger is not PD rate, so your phone charges slowly. The USB-A port actually charges faster than the USB-C! The bolt holding the light to the base also loosens, but for 20 bucks I'm not really going to complain too much about that - I just tighten it occasionally. I'll buy a few more of these and spread them around the work area to get more light without the bulky Rocket inconvenience. ... show more

I love this little thing. These little Chinese made ad-ons are so handy sometimes and this is one of them. The light is really bright for what it is and works great. I use dewalt and Milwaukee and this is a no brainer purchase, especially working in the dark here in Alaska or on a vehicle. I have mine in my shed at the moment as I’m tearing out the floor and it’s all I need. 5/5 ... show more

I wish I bought a Milwaukee. There is no safety on the light. Will drain the battery and kill the battery. The light is so awesome and bright!!!. Please take the battery out when you are done!
