I ordered this DTF printer without knowing much about DTF printing. When it arrived, we carried it upstairs, assembled it, and connected it to our computer. The reason I'm giving it five stars is the outstanding technical support. I had to call tech support to get everything set up correctly, and Sophia patiently walked me through the process until everything was working. We started trying to get our business up and running, but something still wasn't quite right. I contacted tech support again, and they quickly resolved the issue. Now we're back in business, and the print quality is excellent. The printer performs perfectly, and the technical support is second to none.
