A review from one blind persons perspective… In this era of working from home, I was looking for a high-quality wireless headset with great features. This is the one I landed on. As a blind person, I need anything I am using to have tactile buttons, and this does. On the side are the volume up and down buttons and a center button that could be used for different functions. On the side is a mute button, and the on and off power switch. The charging port is below that. There is a nice long boom microphone. Everything is very nicely padded. The headset is very bulky, but your phone will cover your entire ear, but it is comfortable. Well there is nothing low profile about this headset, the quality is very high in every aspect. I needed a headset with a mute button for all of the zoom and teams calls I participate in, as well as my phone work. This seems to be hard to find in a compatible headset. The phone system I use is an older version of Avaya OneX Agent, and I tried several headsets that did not seem to be compatible with it until I found this one. This one seems to work well with all applications. I also wanted a headset that was wireless, as Bluetooth did not give me the range I wanted to be able to move around my house while I was working. This has a really impressive range. My house is not huge, only about 1200 ft.², but with the chip plugged in to my laptop in the middle of the house, I am able to move all around the house, into the basement, and even outside to the deck and still get a good signal. I have not gotten any complaints from customers about background noise, so I am assuming that the noise canceling works well. I use the headset intermittently throughout the day, and I can usually get at least a full days work, if not a day and a half out of a battery charge. If the battery is low, I can plug it in for my hour lunch and it will be full when I get back. Overall, aside from the heads up being bulky, and the fact that it is a bit pricey, I highly recommend it. After all, you do get what you pay for. ... show more

Pros: it's a headset, it's wireless and works as advertised. Cons: the adjustability is just plain horrible. I don't have a large head by any means, but this thing is like a C-Clamp around my skull. Wearing it any longer than an hour makes my ear so sore I end up switching to some crappy ear buds. Might be better for children or women with smaller heads. ... show more

Worked great for awhile but now the microphone won't work at all. I liked how it had a mute button and the battery lasted quite a while, but now all of a sudden the battery drains and the mic won't work.

I liked it! Sound quality is nice when it works. It’s hit or miss wether the headset actually has the connection to work. It’ll be on, but a lot of time I’ll answer a call and no one can hear me or I can’t hear them. I’ll have to stick my head v close to the blue tooth little usb I stuck in my computer sometimes keeping my head there extended periods of time for it to work again!! I seems good if you have like meetings over zoom etc. but if your taking like a lot a lot of calls like at a call center these ain’t the ones. ... show more

I am new to working from home and on the phone all day. The set the issued me was awful and I had such ear pain. These headphone are great. You can easily change ears when you need to as the voice stick rotates. Very good sound quality and the battery life is fantastic!

I hesitate to post this kind of review as it's not fair to cause a bad review history to be attributed to a product as the result of a seller engaging in poor sales practices. That said, I feel it is only right that I do my best to warn other buyers so they aren't trapped like I was. If you are buying this item and it is being sold by POS SUPERSTORE, be aware that the charging stand shown in the photo is **NOT** included in this listing. Upon contacting the seller with regard to this issue I was referred to the listing with ASIN B084KM94B4 to order one with the stand. I will try to check back on this listing a few times in the future and see if the seller bothers to update the photos and correct this misconception that they are creating. These work really well and are easy to use. They are not very comfortable after wearing them for several hours. The headband is too tight for me. I’m currently trying to stretch it out a little. Hopefully that will help, as I like them otherwise.
