If you could only imagine, my frustration in trying to find the perfect pair of Bluetooth earpieces, you would understand that coming across these things (which has been nothing short of amazing) has been such a relief. In short, I bought 3 brands of Bluetooths....3 different times over a matter of weeks. 1 set of JLab brand, 1 set of Walmart Onn brand ($40 mind you!!) And 1 set of Kroger off-brand. They were all horrible. There's lots of different brands to choose from and it's hard to trust which ones you can get accustomed to. Some aren't loud enough. Some don't have enough range. Some are just plain uncomfortable. So I decided to take to Amazon, which I don't know why I didn't before, to search for better. So I came across these and I absolutely love them. Got them at a good deal. Like 25% off or something. They were under $20. I work at a large chain pizza place. Which means loud ovens all day. They hold up to the loudness surrounding you enough to be able to hear your entrainment. Or phone calls, whichever. Phone calls are perfect. No dropping, clear sound. Noise cancelling.. All perfect. It has very good volume. They go 'in' ear. I don't know why some brands are trying to push 'out' ear Bluetooths, where it just sits on the outside of your ear. No. Just no. I can't imagine anyone liking that kind of thing when they won't stay put. It's just weird I'm sorry. These go IN the ear and they stay in! Speaking of comfort, they are lightweight. The lightest Bluetooth I've ever had. But don't mistake them for being cheap and crappy. Given the cheap price point, don't let that deter you from buying, for fear they will suck. They absolutely don't suck. The price was awesome, a lot cheaper than the other brands I spent my money on. But with the awesome usage of this brand, you get the comfort on point as well. The ear hook is lightweight and very flexible, hassle-free to put on. Also, the more impressive quality with this, is the range. At work, I go into a walk-in fridge and the door closes while I'm in there arranging stuff occasionally, while my phone is set down somewhere on the outside. It never loses connection. Doesn't even flinch. That's the best thing about these. The range is crazy good. Better than any other brand I've tried. I've even cooked in my kitchen at home while my phone was in my bedroom while I was wearing these and it stays connected and playing whatever I'm listening to. At all times. Battery life is out of this world. They're fully charged right out of the box. Easy installation. I haven't needed to charge not once since buying them and it's been a week. It has volume control, answer/end call button or stop/play button, whatever it is. It's awesome. I know I keep saying that, but I'm in love with these. It's just a beautiful pair of Bluetooth earbuds. And my favorite I've owned so far and I have owned a lot in my time. Also, there's a voice prompt for every navigation. A woman sounds off when you are connected and tells you if the volume is at maximum and tells you the number in which someone is calling you if you're not at your phone. Product arrived and was 50% charged and ready to play straight out of the box. The sound is very rich and the bass was exceptional. They fit very comfortably around ear. So far so good. Just received them today. Cant give them a five yet . The charging case only fully charged one of the earpieces and one side of charger display does not work. Contacted Amazon for a replacement , Will update with more info once I receive product replacement. Update : The item is working properly. The item that was supposedly malfunctioning is working as it should. Was because of user error. I shamefully did not take the blue tape off of the earpieces 😞 They're are changing as I am updating this review, Will continue review of product in a few days. (Update) Upon further review these are a solid pair BT earpieces. Noise cancellation is great. These are probably the best BT earpieces I've ever had . Previously gave them four stars but updated that to a five. U can't beat these for the price. (Update) I unfortunately lost my original pair and ordered another pair . The original pair performed perfectly while playing music however when receiving calls sometimes other party had a hard time understanding me. When I reordered I was unable to get the same one due to them being out of stock so ordered the other ones that were available and they perform better than my first pair. Calls are much clearer. First I'd like to say? For the price these are worth it and they do work. I use them as a Bluetooth option for taking calls at work and wear them 8 hours a day, I never have issues hearing any of my clients and the charge lasts a long time!! The reason I docked a star is the mute does not work (glad I tested this before trusting it) but with the work I do, mute is important so that was disappointing, I also don't find them the most comfortable. Again I wear them 8 hours, and my ear does feel sore after that i hour shift. Like a bra or socks, you live with it but you're HAPPY to take it off at the end of a day and rub your sore bits haha. All and all these are worth it for the quality, but if you're going to use them for long hours, I'd look for something a bit better quality if you can ... show more

I use headsets for 8 hours a day 3x a week. The ear pads were a bit uncomfortable on this one but after a week I got used to it and it now feels ok. I loved how fast and easy it connected to my PC Bluetooth and Apple products. The sound and mic very actually very good. After a year of no problems I proclaimed to my wife that I had finally found an affordable headset that worked well…then it broke. The multi function button (which turns it on and off) stopped working. None of the online solutions worked to fix it. I was pleasantly surprised however with the seller! I contacted them, Caymuller-US, and they replied super quick and admitted that it probably wouldn’t work and offered to send me a free replacement headset which they did within a few days! My husband bought these for my long-haul driving and hotel stays. At first I liked them and they seemed to do okay but after a few weeks of use I have to say I'm disappointed with the overall quality. The description says they are noise cancelling. I have to say that they are not. Actually they amplify EVERY NOISE to the point that my husband thinks that I'm banging on something when I'm just opening a small plastic wrapper on food or other similar items. I literally can't make any background noise at all while using this headset because he complains that his ears hurt and it sounds to him like I'm banging on things. Also when I'm driving the bus (at night when it's dead-quiet), my friends say that my voice sounds scratchy. Looks like our 8-year-old will be using these with his I-pad instead of me using it for calls. The sound quality on my end is passable. It's difficult to turn the volume up without touching the phone, which defeats the purpose of hands-free. Part of the problem is that the buttons are much too small. I frequently find that my call volume or GPS is so quiet that I can't hear anything at all even though I didn't turn it down. This is happening because the size of the buttons (very tiny) makes them very difficult to locate, so it's easy to push the wrong button and not be able to find the right one.
