I had order this subwoofer to replace a blown out subwoofer within a speaker box. The subwoofer fit perfectly and sounds just as good as the previous one. We use this speaker for special events in our backyard. It will has a powerful sound.

Do not buy this garbage had a 800 watt max amp hocked up to it and I broke it in and on the 3rd day it started radiling and stopped working do not buy this junk a waist of time and life

    • Great value for a well priced subwoofer.
Great value for a well priced subwoofer. It's not the best sounding, but if you want something to just pump some bass, this will certainly do the job. Make sure you have an appropriately powered amplifier to power it. Most bad sounding subs are because they are UNDER powered by a cheap amp.

WOW! After 5 years of service my $180 Alpije finally blew. This $30 sub is not as deep as the expensive one but man does it PUNCH. This sub sounds like $100+ sub. Fantastic work Planet Audio you guys really killed it!

I first off wrote a great review on these and have changed my mind if you are a trje bass head and want something that pounds down the block these aren't for you don't get me wrong if your gonna buy a planet audio amp you will get some bass but nothing super low and all this high wattage claims is a bunch of crap that being said these do work if you match them to a P A amp but you can do way better with just a few more bucks ... show more
