Perfect ! Just what I wanted. The cutter is fantastic. So much better with the "rocker" style than a regular knife or rolling pizza cutter. And it's sharp out of the box. The stone is a nice size for anything you want to cook on it. Note: stones do need to be seasoned, just like cast iron. So yes, eventually as you keep using it, it will get brown. But that also creates a better cooking surface. Just clean it with hot water and a soft bristle brush. No soap needed. The paddle is solid. Nice size for making a pizza right on it then slip into your oven onto the heated stone. Tip for all wood items: lightly coated and pull the wood paddle and the wood on the knife. You should not need to use soap on these items if they are properly oiled The rack is a nice addition, as is the dough scraper. Both very handy. I have used pizza stones in the past for not only for pizza but steaks, chops, bread etc

This kit has everything you need to get started making pizza! All of the pieces are well made and sturdy. The pizza stone and rack are the perfect size for ovens. I used it with the rack in the oven; the handles make it easy to pick it up with potholders. At first glance I thought the peel looked small but once I started using it I realized that it's a good size for homemade pizza and the shorter handle (compared to other peels out there) makes it a breeze to store in a cabinet or a draw. I've never used a "guillotine" pizza cutter before. It took some practice but I love it now. When I got the kit, the plastic dough knife was a surprise. I didn't know if was included. It's so simple but it's ideal for cutting off just enough dough for a pie. All in all, I give this kit high marks.
