UPDATE: After a rocky start with this product and company they certainly went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. Be patient if any issues arise they will make it right great pizza oven! Was very excited for this oven. Had all the ingredients ready to go. Fire up the pizza oven about 8 minutes later go back to check temp and it shut off. Light it again and it keeps shutting off. I fully understand that products are faulty from time to time but the worst part about it was their customer service. It been over a week of back and forth with them including videos of the oven failing to work and yet still no resolution.

This pizza oven is one of the most frustrating items I have ever bought. The flame rarely ever stays lit, can hear it turn on but after letting go of the ignition knob it will die out instantly. Even if you do get it to turn on eventually the pizza does not cook evenly at all. The back part closest to the flames will burn before you even have a chance to try to turn it to bake the other side. If you try to turn it the side closest to the exit is not cooked enough to pick up and turn. This thing is absolute garbage.

Great price includes a neat peel with folding handle. Easy setup. I cooked 2 pizzas in rapid time and they were delicious. I recommend getting a smaller turning peel because you have to turn it every 30 seconds until cooked, don't take your eyes off it or it will burn. The opening could be a bit bigger but if you can place it on a table or similar at waist high or chest hight it works fine. The gas cable is about the minimum length of 24 inches, could be longer. All in all I am very pleased with this purchase.

All you need to do is get your ingredients I would advise King Arthur 00 pizza flour I found the product at Walmart cake aisle. Be sure to also buy corn meal or semolina flour so that you can release the pizza from the peel to the oven without sticking. Prepare the dough 1 day before your going to use let rise then refrigerate overnight. The day your going to make pizza make sure you remove dough from refrigerator to come to room temperature...when ready prepare pizza Let the oven warm for 15 minutes. Put in oven using peel and watch so it doesn't burn...easy and delicious. Everything you need for the perfect pizza comes with the unit but 1 thing. Be sure to have 1 AA battery. You are good to go! Outside cooking only!!!

Do NOT buy this product. The knob to ignite the flames broke after two uses. When I called customer service to help they were so rude and would only provide a refund and not a replacement. They said just go find somewhere to repair it???? The supervisor I spoke with was so rude and even hung up on me. If I got a refund then it would be $50 less than what it is going for now, so I would still have to pay out of pocket for a product that has shown it’s not reliable. So I guess they punish people who buy stuff when it goes on sale. The funny thing is I bought the protection plan as well, and they couldn’t replace the item either!!! So don’t get scammed into buying the protection plan. AWFUL PRODUCT AND SHAME ON AMAZON FOR HIRING MANGERS LIKE THAT.

If you love pizza, this is a must-have. The 12" size is perfect for personal pizzas, and it gets hot enough to cook them in no time. At first this oven was 5 stars. Loved the sleek look, had good reviews, and the price was fantastic. Worked great consistently every time we used it a couple times a month for 6 months. Right at 6 months of use it will no longer hold a flame. Super disappointed that we didn't even get a year out of this oven. Lesson learned, will buy the expensive oven next time.
