Description

My monitor shows No Signal then goes into power saving mode. How do I fix this? There is a shortcut key that allows you to enter the input selection menu, even when the monitor is in Power Saving mode. The key is different for each model, so please consult the manual to find the input selection shortcut key for your monitor. How do I turn off/on my monitor? There is usually a jog button behind the monitor or a power button along the bottom-bezel of the monitor. While it is off, pressing the button once will turn on the monitor. To turn it off, press and hold the button for about 3-5 seconds. Where can I find firmware updates for my monitor? Check our website for monitor firmware updates. Do not use another model's firmware to avoid issues we cannot assist with. How do I set my resolution or refresh rate? Every device you connect the monitor to should have some sort of Display Settings where you can change the refresh rate or resolution to what the monitor supports. My monitor is showing a black screen, but the power LED is blue. What’s wrong? Swap display cables and try different ports on your computer. Test the monitor on various devices.

Perfect
Color: Purple Set name: 4K 160Hz
It looks amazing the purple is beautiful. The screen size is perfect. The screen looks amazing. The graphics are awesome. The settlement for the computer isnt a lot of options but still able to change some stuff. Its pretty light weight but sturdy to hold its self. The speakers on this is definitely not it. You will need to buy separate speakers for this monitor. It didnt bother me since i wear a headset while i use the monitor. ... show more

Fantastic gaming monitor for competitive
Color: Black Set name: OLED 1440p 240Hz
Writing the review after several months of use because it’s just that good. Epic upgrade. OLED really is that much better. I have zero complaints. Build quality is great. Zero issues after 5 months of use. No burn in even though I turned all the burn in protections off. Thrilled with the purchase. Price has increased significantly since I bought. Dark darks. Great color accuracy. Very bright when it needs to be. Screen size is perfect for competitive FPS gaming. ... show more

Works well, so far.
Color: White Set name: 4K 160Hz
Good monitor, easy to set up right out of the box. The stand is terrible. Can't adjust the tilt of the monitor on it, or at least not comfortable enough to potentially break it. Highly recommend using a monitor arm on this monitor if you don't already. Image is great -- haven't dealt with any of the random glitchy issues yet. Love the sleek white look, perfect for all your cozy setup needs. Will report if I find any more glaring issues. There is a 30-day warranty you have to sign up once you get it or you might not be able to refund, so please make sure to follow the instructions on the manual for it. ... show more

Pull the trigger on this
Color: Black Set name: OLED 1440p 240Hz
Bought about 6 months ago. Absolutely worth buying. Screen is beautiful, has a built-in speaker that doesn't sound great (definitely not bad by any means) but is loud and nice to have, very sturdy construction. I've got mine vesa mounted to my desk and adjust it's position frequently without worry of damaging the screen. Almost no flex in the housing. Plenty of io to meet your needs. Built-in RGB (if you're into that sort of thing), that can be turned off easily, though the controls are limited. If you're looking for a high quality display, don't go 4k lcd. OLED is what you're imagining your games and movies can look like. 1440p is the sweet spot for price and fidelity. ... show more

OLED early adopter pain points. Still worth it.
Color: Black Set name: OLED 1440p 240Hz
I've been tracking OLED for about 20 years now. I'm THRILLED that this display is available on the mainstream market for a reasonable price. It's worthy of the steep entry fee, but it still comes with some pain points for us OLED early adopters. Namely the annoying prompts to perform some form of Screen Care to prevent burn in that happen even if you just sat down after the display was in sleep mode for 12+ hours. I wholly expected a firmware update to remedy this, but apparently isn't in the cards. PROS It's OLED baby. Perfect blacks, vibrant colors. No better image quality than this. High refresh rate and low latency! Been using it for a year, rarely performing screen care when prompted, and no burn in. CONS Annoying 'Screen Care' prompts Does need some tuning out of the box for the best experience Can actually be too bright even at lowest brightness setting. Power LED is very bright... had to cover mine completely. Power brick... would prefer it was integrated into the display, or the display MUCH thinner overall. ... show more

Great video, terrible audio.
Color: Black Set name: 4K 160Hz
This is my second Pixio monitor. I got their 2k monitor a few years ago and really liked it but it lacked speakers, but that was fine I had some decent ones on my asus 1080 monitor. I wanted to upgrade that one so I found this 4k one with speakers and that was kind of the selling point for me. I understand I am not going to get the best quality speakers on a monitor, but I like the ease of not having yet another peripheral on my desk. And these speakers are quite terrible. They lack any depth and everything sounds like they're coming out of a tin can. Or better yet, it sounds reminiscent of old wired ear buds set to the loudest volume so your group of friends can attempt to listen. Not only that but there is a decent latency between the AV. The quality of the picture and the rig is top notch of course. Pixio makes great monitors. I just think they were better off not including the speakers at all. Even at this price point they could have installed some decent speakers or just not include it and chop 5 dollars off the cost for the material savings. It's a good monitor. Great even. But if you were in the market for great video with decent audio built in look elsewhere. ... show more

Worth the squeeze i think
Color: Black Set name: OLED 1440p 240Hz
Had it for a few months now. It is a great OLED monitor. The only complaint i have is in the middle of using it. It will want to do a pixel refresh that i have to manualy cancel or it will turn off the monitor while using it.

Can’t disable “screen preservation” mode
Color: Black Set name: OLED 1440p 240Hz
Every about 2 hours the screen will shut off for 5 minutes at a time as a “screen preservation” mode. And there is no way to wake the screen up at all, so if you’re gaming, you’re just screwed, terrible monitor for that reason alone. And there’s no way to shut it off
