I'm a big fan of Pixie products! However, I hesitated on this item....I'm not sure why. I didn't have cramps for a long time and then they got reallllly bad for a good 4 cycles. I finally purchased this item to try it out and see if it would help. I have to say, I'm not sure why I let myself suffer for so long - lol This was super easy to use! You can adjust the temp and it has an internal timer, so that it turns off after a while. Which is extra great if you use it while going to sleep! It's super comfortable - it has a soft lining for the side that has contact with skin and it heats up at a consistent rate so that your body can adjust to it. At the higher temps, it also decreases and then increases again so that it gives your skin a break from the heat. And the built-in massager is great! You can adjust that intensity as well (or not use it at all)! And the ability to strap on the heating pad and wear it without being tethered to a cord plugged into a wall is invaluable! It stays charged when not in use and the charge lasts for at least 2 uses. After using it for a couple cycles, my cramps have subsided the past few months (go figure, but now I'll be prepared!) - I just checked the product and it's still charged to 100%! Plus, the price is super reasonable! And most importantly, this product definitely helped lessen the pain of the cramps! So, long story short - don't hesitate like I did. Just buy it! You'll be glad you did!

I bought it for the heat part so I don’t really use the vibrations, I like the size and the band is very adjustable. It fits easily under a shirt and isn’t visible unless you’re wearing tight clothing. I had mine for a little over a year and the charger port got damaged by something and I messaged the company asking if there was a way I could fix it and they offered to send me a new one for free! They got back to me really fast and they mailed it out really fast!

First off, I want to acknowledge the excellent customer service I received during my first purchase of Pixie’s products. I gave my review to Natalie (a rep) and not only did I feel heard, I also got to try another product that could solve the issues I had with this one. I haven’t received it yet but I’d try to leave my honest opinion on it when I do. I have terrible cramps and need a heating pad for long stretches of time as I can barely move during that time of the month. This product charges for 4 hours and the usage time is so short that it was almost not worth it for me. I wish it had the option to use while charging but remain cordless if you need to be mobile. I do like the design. I love that I how secure it is when it’s strapped around me and it doesn’t move from side to side. The massage function is more of a vibration so that didn’t do much for me. When combined with my Tens machine, I got the most relief. It does heat up fast but I feel little to no heat when I add the scented pad. Summary: If all you need from a heating pad is ~1.5 hours of relief, this might be a great option for you. It’s cute, portable, secure and heats up well. If it had the option to be both cord and cordless, this would be 5 stars for me.

This portable heating pad has been really great. I suffer from very bad cramps and am usually stuck to a wall because of plug in heating pads but this allowed me to move and get into more comfortable positions. It did take a bit to charge but the charge lasted very long. I think I used it for an entire day and still had charge left. The pad shuts off after 30 min but regular heating pads also have an auto shutoff so this wasn’t a big deal to me. The vibration function reminds me of a cell phone and I didn’t find it very useful. Overall I would recommend.

This isn’t the first heating belt I’ve purchased, and this model includes additional features that make it a better choice for me. First, the numeric display is more informative than 3 LED lights indicating heat and battery life. It shows percentages and temperature in degrees. Helpful! The belt itself is less prone to plastic breakage than others I’ve tried. The quick release latch is easy to use. It heats up fast, but the battery drops immediately on that initial heating. I find that if I turn it back on quickly after the automatic shut off, the power usage slows on subsequent rounds. Charges with my USB charging brick, but the model I received did not heat during charging. Still, I was able to recharge without removing the belt or adjusting clothing. The one awkward thing is the safety feature, the auto shut off. It means adjusting clothing to find the button to restart the belt. Vibration is audible, but quiet. It gets warm! The color is described as pebble gray, but it looks more like a pale blush or bandage beige to me, as photographed. I’ve been pleased with Pixie’s line, and am happy to have the comfort and relief this belt brings me.

The heat is only in 2 areas. It doesn’t spread across the whole heating pad. So if your not wearing a pretty thick layer underneath of it you will get burned. The screen where you just the temperature and vibration, glitches out.

It’s convenient for on the go comfort but the battery does not last as long as it says and looses charge very quick, especially when the heat and massage is used simultaneously. It’s cute and compact, comfortable to wear. My only issue is the battery.
